  Was quoted one price for a simple rabies vaccination but at checkout it was $8 more. The extra $8 was a biohazard disposable fee. In other words, they charged me $8 to throw away the needle. Deceptive and nothing but a money grab. Dr. Stumbo is probably turning in his grave.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this veterinary office. I contacted them to have a prescription filled for my pet, and they refused to help despite my explaining the situation. Instead of offering alternatives or showing any compassion, I was met with poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude from MARTHA As a pet owner, I expected empathy, clear communication, and a willingness to help. Unfortunately, I received none of those. The staff made an already stressful situation even more frustrating, and I left feeling dismissed and unsupported.

  I'm a new customer, but have been happy with the care provided for my senior cat so far. Great hours, but you should note they are closed at lunch. Small waiting area if you have a reactive pet, but they direct you to an exam room as soon as they are able. Everyone I met was very nice even when I called before 8 to set the initial appointment the lady I spoke to was awesome.

  I've reviewed here before as Keith Reed. I just wanted to leave another. After over a year of coming here twice a week for fluids and tests, my puppy Miss Pickles had to be put down. The whole process was made easier by the wonderful people working here. They were always kind to us and going became 2nd nature to me and my baby. I appreciate all the kindness and I know my puppy did too!

  First time visiting here. It was my impression that my office visit was a head to tail check up. When the vet came in he said we're good to go. I said did you check her ears so he checked them. I said did you check her teeth so he checked them. Why wasn't this done if it's a head to tail and what does head to tail mean? I asked them if they checked her for worms they said no that cost additional. Would have been nice to know! I guess the one thing that stood out to me was there was no examination and they took my dog out of the room to give all of the shots to her which is uncommon. Most vets do the shots in the room with you. As a doubting Thomas I'm thinking did I pay for shots I did not get? I prefer the shots to be given in the room so I can see that they're actually given. Going to have to think about whether I want to return here next year or find a new vet!
