  I've reviewed here before as Keith Reed. I just wanted to leave another. After over a year of coming here twice a week for fluids and tests, my puppy Miss Pickles had to be put down. The whole process was made easier by the wonderful people working here. They were always kind to us and going became 2nd nature to me and my baby. I appreciate all the kindness and I know my puppy did too!

  First time visiting here. It was my impression that my office visit was a head to tail check up. When the vet came in he said we're good to go. I said did you check her ears so he checked them. I said did you check her teeth so he checked them. Why wasn't this done if it's a head to tail and what does head to tail mean? I asked them if they checked her for worms they said no that cost additional. Would have been nice to know! I guess the one thing that stood out to me was there was no examination and they took my dog out of the room to give all of the shots to her which is uncommon. Most vets do the shots in the room with you. As a doubting Thomas I'm thinking did I pay for shots I did not get? I prefer the shots to be given in the room so I can see that they're actually given. Going to have to think about whether I want to return here next year or find a new vet!

  The staff, vet, and vet techs have all been friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been frustrating. I have brought my dog here multiple times for the same ongoing issues, and each visit feels like we end up having the same conversations without a clear diagnosis or lasting improvement. The cost is also significant, which makes it more frustrating when my dog is still struggling. I have also had difficulty getting medication filled through a different pharmacy, which added another layer of stress to the process. I appreciate the kindness of the staff, but based on my experience, I do not feel confident continuing care here.

  RVing through the area, our dog was showing tenderness & pain when moving his neck. They were kind enough to accept us as a walk-in to check Jack out, provided us with meds . Highly recommended.

  We were traveling with our family pet ( Jack Russell). One morning we noted Jack was moving very slowly, just not himself. At next fuel stop we goggled nearest vet, Frontier came up. We called and explained our situation, then advised to bring him over. We were just a few minutes away, they almost immediately took him back, checked him over and advised it appears he had “over-extended “ his neck ( maybe from a failed jump from bed to bed to floor??). Meds were prescribed & provided. The staff & doctor were super friendly & accommodating to our circumstances. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of pet care. It is a couple days later now and Jack is back to normal self, thanks to Frontier.
