- MPMelanie PicouMay 24, 20261.0(update) The Banfield (owner) never actually wanted to call to have an honest conversation about the fact they had left my ill cat in a tiny carrier from 9 am to 2pm before calling me to tell me that they couldn't do the scheduled 10 am appointment that they were supposed to do on my cat. Don't go there if you want your animals to be taken care of. Very unhelpful. Took my cat here as she was not feeling well and I pretty much paid for a visit for them to not even attempt to help. Very low effort attempt to get the cat out of the carrier. ( They Had requested me to drop off the cat) . When I returned the vet was rude and didn't even want to speak with me unless I could get the cat out of the carrier. To which I kindly asked if they could tell me what happened so I can assist with getting my pet to cooperate. They were more interested in adding more fees to the bill that jumped from $500 to $1500 even though they never actually examined the cat. At the end of the day I paid for a visit for them to not even weigh her.

From the front desk to the vet technicians, they made sure my cats were taken care of, despite their (my cats) cantankerous behavior. Very affordable and good attitudes from everyone. And they were open on Sunday, the only off day I have, which is very convenient. Nothing but good things to say about the visit and I will be coming back in the future for regular wellness checks. Thank you so much!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
