Originally gave this vet 5 stars, however when it comes to something as serious as heart worms, I revoke. My dog tested positive for heartworm and the test was supposedly sent on to the lab that day. I called back on 8.7 to check for results and they said that it was sent to the "Wrong lab." We redid the blood test on 8.7 and sent out to the correct lab (presumably) that day. It is now 8/19 and they still don't have the results. I havent started my dog on any medication yet until I hear back from the second test. I hope the disease doesnt progress

If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would choose. Employees are rude and unprofessional. They make appointments and make people stand around for 15 mins before they even check you in

Charged $400 for each of my litter mate dogs to be put down, $800 total...I sent my neighbor with my credit card because I was grieving too much, it was a shock 😲 what they charged! I was a faithful person in using there services, not anymore!!!

The staff is very professional and always treat my dog with so much patience and love. It is clear they are passionate about what they do. I highly recommend Banfield Hospital to anyone. In addition one of the perks at this place is that you can drop your furry friend.

After a terrible experience at a different location a couple of weeks ago, I switched to the Banfield Webster location, and I am so incredibly grateful I did. My dog suffers from severe cognitive and anxiety disorders, and standard vet visits can be deeply traumatic for him. I put explicit instructions regarding his fear in the appointment notes, and the staff actually took the time to read and respect them. The veterinary technician was extraordinarily patient, pleasant, and understanding. Instead of forcefully restraining him, she allowed him to just sit calmly to receive his vaccines and exam, treating him like the good baby he is. Dr. Barbara Gray was also fantastic, thorough, and accommodating. Knowing my fur baby's fears, she had me assist by opening his mouth so he wouldn't be unnecessarily stressed. The entire appointment was quick, efficient, and wonderfully managed. My dog left happy and in a great mood, which is a massive win for us. Thank you to Dr. Gray and the wonderful tech team for proving that excellent patient compassion and professional customer service still exist!
