  BELOW ZERO. My cat is traumatized. He went in for a dental cleaning and comprehensive. He came home covered in his urine and cat feces that was stuck to his hair and I had to pull/scrape it off. His demeanor has changed to being frightened and now his sister is snaring at him because she doesn’t recognize him. They left him in his bag from 8:45 am to the end most likely until I picked him up at 4:45 pm !!!!!!! I have never had a bad experience with Banfield and always recommended them to whoever I met. Not anymore. This is the second time with Weathorford. First my dog which I specially said no shots for because she has one lung. I called three times to inform them, left a note at the front desk to give to the technician. Yet still they gave her a shot!!!! I thought it was the front desk that wasn’t attentive. Gave them another chance and this is what happens. If you care about your pet, DO NOT GO TO WEATHERFORD!!!! MANAGEMENT, you better be ready. I’m not letting this go. Imagine your child went through this!!!!!! Animal endangerment and abuse. And you call yourselves a veterinary clinic!!!!!! It’s a torture chamber for animals!!!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

  Banfield staff you should all be ashamed of yourselves. You severely traumatized our loving cat and completely changed him. You left him in his Sherpa pet carrier without attention for over 8 hours. He was covered in urine and poop when we got him home. How can any of you say you care for animals? You gave our dog the wrong vaccine last time and now this. YOU ARE ALL HORRIBLE and I include the veterinarian who’s supposed to be in charge. This was pure animal cruelty. People be aware and don’t be fooled by other reviews 2/2 major fails for patient care. I guess since the animals don’t have a voice they thinks it’s okay to treat them cruel and not review chart orders. YOU HORRIBLE STAFF BE ASHAMED!!!

  I’ve been bringing my dog there for several years. I Pay $79 a month every time it’s something that needs to be done. I’m two days shy 3 day shy to where I have to renew my plan to get any work done. These people are trained to force you into going into another contract with them every year to get anything you need done with your dog they plan that perfect the staff as well taught. I was misled on the phone today again by my dog going in to get her dental done for a visit the girl called me on the phone and told me she was time to get her dental cleaning and our shots. I told her that I live 40 minutes away and I don’t know if I’m going to renew she said give me a few minutes. I’ll be back on the phone. She gets back on the phone and then she tells me oh I have to get her new plan or the dog won’t be covered. These people are a scam artist they’re taught very well by the owner they scam you out of your money. That’s just the way it is.
