  Ofa was so wonderful with our newly rescued 2 yr old. She not only groomed her as I requested, but she helped me measure her for a harness. Most impressive is she delivered our fur baby on leach, a skill we’ve unsuccessfully worked on since she came to live with us 3 months ago. Now, our dog is beautifully groomed AND she’s open to walking on leach. Thank you, Ofa!

  I went to this place with a friend to look at potentially buying a fish, but mostly just to support her own interests of getting a pet. I wasn’t even completely sure about my purchase, however I was harassed by two different employees, asked constant questions and basically followed around the store. It felt really invasive, and I don’t even feel like going back. As I was walking around and finally made my decision to buy a small starter tank, and buy just two small fish that I would soon get a bigger tank for once they grew up, the worker in the aquatics section approached me again. I was practically berated with questions and even harassed about my “lack of knowledge and experience” with fish, and told I would not be sold the fish when I didn’t even ask for them. I’ve had multiple years of experience with fish, and I felt incredibly offended by the disrespectful treatment. My hopes of getting just a simple tank and upgrading possibly within the month was CRUSHED by a horribly rude staff member who didn’t even have a name tag for me to refer to. My friend and I walked out of the store promptly, and since my friend has been back to get more supplies for her pet, has continuously been harassed about my interest in a guppy. My friend says that potentially her name was Sam, however we’re unsure, and don’t even think it’s worth it to go back and check.

  I do not usually comment ab any store. But this time I have to. Today ab 2-3pm my husband came here and buy gold fish. We plan to buy all of gold fish to fill our pond. The girl recommended go back house and measured the pond & let her know???? Seriously? Then my husband discribed the size of the pond. And she keeps saying she wants to know how many gallons of it???? Seriously??? Our pond is 5-6 times bigger than store tank. And she keeps saying oh no...'' I recommended... 10 at the time.....". Our pond is way bigger store tank. Oh My God, 1st time ever i see some sale person like this, i pay money to buy whatever i need and I got lecture ab how big is my pond??? If she wants to limit selling fish quatity, she needs to have a sign...... I will never be back here for that nonsense sale person......
