- ADAmy DeanMay 6, 20262.0Made an appointment due to PetSmart grooming cutting my dog’s ear. Showed up and was told we weren’t on the schedule even though I talked to them that morning and made an appointment. I patiently waited two hours and only met the vet tech and the Vet never came in once to see us. We were prescribed meds and had to leave. Now I have to fight grooming to pay my bill as it was a different PetSmart.

- AAaspenApr 10, 20265.0I initially had a pretty unpleasant experience trying to get my cat neutered, but these ladies are so sweet and phenomenal. At first, Iw as given some attitude and absolutely no information by a front desk lady (i was later informed it was her first day) who also booked me for the complete wrong day after insisting it was Wednesday, then she told me the wrong pick up time for his surgery, the wrong details for his drop off, didn’t tell me about bringing in poop samples like she was supposed to, and just so much more wrong information all while giving me a really snarky attitude. When I came in for his actual surgery the lady at the front was the sweetest angel i’ve ever met and apologized profusely after I got pretty frustrated and i felt was too attitudey with her. I shouldn’t have acted that way but she was an angel throughout. I didn’t catch her name but she had dirty blonde almost brown hair and wore grey scrubs. I also had an amazing interaction with Mckenzie and Sierra who I believe are both shift leads, they gave me so much information and were also so insanely kind and helpful and so patient with my boy. They were so amazing and made me feel so understood. They gave my boy a free pedicure and were so thorough walking me through prices and next steps. They also had a lot of patience with my boyfriend when he had to come pick him up since I was unavailable and I can’t thank them enough for all their help, understanding, and kindness. Keep up the amazing work you truly lovely women 🤍🤍 Rupert thanks you too!!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
