- STShane TilleryApr 5, 20261.0Start off by calling us and telling us they don't know how we got scheduled at the time we got scheduled it but they're closing early and they need us to come in early. We agreed and brought bear in within an hour. Called to check on bear approx 2 hours later and they said he would be ready shortly so we made our way over to pick him up. When I knelt down to pet him I noticed he was covered in hair and patchy. The lady behind the counter went on to make a comment about how they cut and cut his hair on his head because she was grunting. Got them into the car and My wife commented on how horrible he looked and asked if Ray charles cut his hair. I called and asked for the manager and explain to her what had happened and she told me if I wanted to bring him back she would blow him off. I'll let her know I would pass she didn't say anything about taking care of the choppy haircut. He looks considerably worse than when we tried to cut him.

Plus I found a really shaved inner leg that was too close to the skin. When I got home, I had to go over her face and head to straighten it out and her ears also.
