I really appreciate the team here at VO vet, notably Bridget who took great care of us. I was not an existing patient, but because they are open until 7, I was able to go to them instead of an emergency vet in Southlake. (I called ahead and they were able to squeeze me in. Thank you!). My dogs got into a fight with a squirrel and there was a good amount of blood. I don’t handle blood very well so I appreciate how they were so accommodating and had water and snacks (my kid especially appreciated the Oreos)! The vet was great as well and our dog is now resting with a cone of shame and antibiotics so his squirrel scratch heals!

It was easy to make an appointment online. The staff is amazingly friendly to us and our cats and have been skilled at finding out what's wrong. I really appreciate the way they focus on the issue that brought us in to see them and do not try to pressure us into additional treatments or procedures. My cat even left with a bravery certificate (and yes, we put it on the fridge, LoL).
