  It was easy to make an appointment online. The staff is amazingly friendly to us and our cats and have been skilled at finding out what's wrong. I really appreciate the way they focus on the issue that brought us in to see them and do not try to pressure us into additional treatments or procedures. My cat even left with a bravery certificate (and yes, we put it on the fridge, LoL).

  I cannot say enough great things regarding this veterinary practice. My shepherd Kit was losing the battle with DM. They got us in immediately and had good success at first with acupuncture provided by Dr. Phelan. When we were out of options they helped me let her go with dignity and calm. All the techs were great and I want to thank them for sitting with me and Kit during our acupuncture sessions. Caring, compassionate and sincere...a pic of Kit with a friend paddleboarding in her better days.

  My fiancé and I recently moved to the area from South Texas and were looking for a veterinarian for our two pups after finding a tick on one of them. I called VO Vets and was pleasantly surprised to be able to get a next-day appointment for both dogs. From the moment we called, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was kind, accommodating, and made the scheduling process easy. Our technician was wonderful—patient, gentle, and so sweet with both of our fur babies. Dr. Vicario was fantastic. She had a calm, relaxed demeanor that immediately put us at ease, while also being very thorough, informative, and attentive to our concerns. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident in our pets’ care. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We’re so happy to have found a veterinary office we trust, and we will definitely be bringing our pups back in the future. Highly recommend!
