  Dr. Michel and Ortiz have served my animals at this location and have provided excellent care. I have a senior dog and a younger dog both on wellness plans. They are thorough, caring, and professional. They are responsive in filling medications and following up on questions and returning phone calls. My senior was having health issues and they used testing and expert processes to figure out what the problem was. Their diagnosis and treatment was exactly what my baby needed. He has improved and is doing well. They listen and use appropriate testing needed. It is very affordable and discounts on medicines is offered. We travel a lot which has made it easy to get care anywhere. We have had emergencies out of state and been able to find a Banfield for care. They have full access to their files. This is amazing for consistent care anywhere. I have never been disappointed in making the decision to have my pets veterinarian care through Banfield hospital. This location has caring doctors and staff. I have been a client of multiple Banfield hospital locations for 13 years. This location has exceptional services and staff.

  will not be bringing my dog back. I came in with a concern that my dog could have an infection after a grooming appointment my dog had as it starting off as a scaly patch and THEN became inflamed and bloody. Seems like the vet completely disregarded everything I said and stated it was a bug bite makes no sense because a bug bite would not be this big of an area and would not start off as a scaly patch, mind you my dog is a small 5 POUND DOG. Even after reiterating the fact of how it started she shut me down immediately, seems like she was trying to protect petsmart and the salon as this was where I believed it stemmed from. I’m beyond frustrated and upset that this vet was so rude and will never be back and will have to get a second opinion from another vet. If I do, I will not want to be seen by her the receptionist on the other hand was very sweet and I appreciate her advice.

  Recently, my family had to have our beloved Great Dane, Eleanor, put to sleep. She was 11 years old and in very fragile health. There are not adequate words to describe the wonderful way our dog was treated during the years we took her to this Tomball clinic. She was always treated with respect and kindness by the staff and doctors. We continue to be comforted by their loving words. I always felt her doctors were knowledgable and appreciated the choices that were offered for her care. They always respected my decisions. Once our hearts are open to a new dog, we will certainly take her to this caring clinic.
