Wondwrful service and true professionalism from start to finish. I only have great things to say about my experience at Angel’s Pet Hospital. The staff are attentive, and caring, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit with my pets. Highly recommended!

Stars you don't even deserve one at all but I can't give a review without one. If you love your pets don't take em here go else where . I brought my dog in to have his teeth cleaned and get 3 teeth pulled and finding out he had 11 teeth pulled without them even bothering to call me before they did it .They also put him under twice being 11 years old and overweighted. I requested his medical records so I can find out what had happen and coming to find out that his heart rate went to 210 bpm which is considered high for a dog resting . Since you checked on this often you should have known a red flag right there. A higher heart rate is a serious issue like tachycardia . Him having labored breathing and pale gums and weakness and coughing should been a concern to you Dr Ashley marchese. But you as veterinarian should know that something was very wrong. Your neglection caused him his life. And you call yourself a veterinarian . ??? When he came home he was worse he also developed a cough that didn't go away when I took him back in to get it checked they had the nerve to tell me to spend another $300 some dollars for a blood test which has nothing to do with what was going on. And even so you the one that caused it should should pay for it not me. I paid $577 for his dental he went in fine he came out sick. So when I had to bring him back in you didn't even come and look at him or to check his throat nothing was done. Shame on you to call your self a veterinarian . And yes I'm mad I'm upset and I'm grieving. And it's not just this when you take your pet on for an yearly exam they don't perform a good check up . Like I said if you love your pets take them to someone who truly cares of your pets . I rather pay more for a office exam knowing that I get a better service for my pets. And on the day of 23rd April I called your veterinarian office trying to get him seen asap but no I get told the veterinarians won't be in till 9am and they gonna be busy with surgeries. How can you say something like that to me when I explained to you what was going on.Because of your neglections my dog died on April 23 rd in my arms. And I will never see him again because of you. Sending me a card is not gonna make up for what you have done. I will never set foot in this place ever again. I rather take my pets somewhere else where I know they be taking care of better.

If you like a vet that ONLY cares about $$, come here! If you come in for a concern with your pet, be prepared to be handed an inovoice estimate of numerous diagnostics that they dont even bother to explain to you before asking if youre willing to cough up the money. I get its a business, but why bother being a vet if you could actually care less about the animals welfare?

Communicate issues!! I had called to make an appointment for my dog. Got the appointment , husband took the dog in, dog was never put on the schedule. Katie has a no caring attitude. She’s in the wrong place of work. She sounds like she’s in another world when I was talking to her. None caring, do not comprehend information. Don’t go to this place to support incompetent!!and rude.

I recently took my dog here for a neuter, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from the start. When you walk in, you’re greeted by the front desk, and thankfully they are mostly pleasant, because they are essentially the only people you will interact with. There is little to no direct communication with the veterinarian unless they happen to call while your pet is already under anesthesia, which is extremely concerning. When I did speak with the vet, she spoke very quickly and used a lot of technical terminology that was difficult to understand. I had to ask her multiple times to slow down and explain things in simpler terms, but she was unable to clearly communicate in a way that made sense. This left me unable to properly answer questions regarding my dog’s care while he was already under anesthesia, which should never happen. Now, one week after surgery, my dog is experiencing complications. We brought him back in, and again, we did not see the vet. Someone else took him to the back, quickly returned him, and we were sent home with antibiotics. After seeking a second opinion, we were told those antibiotics will not address the seriousness of his condition. Instead of paying the typical $500–$600 for a neuter elsewhere, I am now facing an additional $1,200 to correct the issues caused here. On top of that, the cleanliness of the facility was concerning. The clinic did not smell clean, and there were animals in the lobby having accidents that were not addressed immediately. There are also cats roaming freely, including around items being sold, which raises hygiene concerns. Overall, this experience has been frustrating, stressful, and costly. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
