Selection was medium… Depending on what you are searching for… There was no one to assist but I also didn’t ask so that is on me. The store was very clean and the lady who checked me out was very kind. I would return again. Just wish they had more help for me to ask for assistance in the store, but I know that finding great help is difficult right now!!

there is a groomer there named Elizabeth, she got my dog, deathly ill. She sat there and told me on the phone that my dog drank a bunch of soapy water, and my dog started puking nonstop to the point where she's not able to keep movements with her body or even stand up on her own. She consistently laughed on the phone, thinking everything was a joke to the point where my fiancé had to get on the phone and confront her about it. She's very unprofessional and I do not recommend taking your dog to the groomers in petco terell. if i could give 0 stars i would.

Will never buy from here again!!! Bought a bearded dragon had to return it for vet care and then they took the dragon and returned it to the vendor. So basically they made me return it and killed it. I would have kept it and paid for vet care if I had known they wouldn't care for it. Now I know that petco doesn't care!
