anytime we need to drop off our dog, a border collie named lily, we bring her here and she always gets picked up very happy. (dog mentioned is my profile picture, she's a very friendly and joyous dog)

HUGE MISTAKE — I would not leave my dogs here again.
I brought my two dogs—a French Bulldog and an English Bulldog—to Posh Paws for a weekend stay. My girlfriend also boarded her Husky there over the same weekend. What was supposed to be a simple weekend of boarding turned into two injured/sick dogs and more than $400 in vet bills.
When I picked up my dogs, my English Bulldog was sick. Shortly afterward, she was diagnosed with a respiratory infection that required veterinary treatment and cost me about $150.
Even more concerning, my girlfriend’s Husky came home with multiple puncture wounds on her front right leg, consistent with having been attacked or bitten by another dog. That resulted in another trip to the vet and approximately $260 in additional bills.
Dogs can get sick, and incidents between animals can happen, but when you entrust three healthy dogs to a boarding facility for a single weekend and come home with one suffering from a respiratory infection and another with multiple puncture wounds, something is seriously wrong. At a minimum, it raises major questions about supervision, sanitation, how dogs are grouped and monitored, and how incidents are handled.
What bothers me most is that you leave your pets with a boarding facility because you are trusting them to provide a safe, clean, controlled environment and to exercise reasonable care while your animals are in their custody. Based on our experience, I simply don't have that confidence in Posh Paws.
I don't know exactly what is going on there, but this was definitely not the level of care, supervision, or custody I expect when paying someone to look after my dogs. A weekend stay shouldn't end with two trips to the veterinarian, an injured dog, a sick dog, and more than $400 in unexpected medical expenses.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be bringing my dogs back to Posh Paws, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a safe place to board their pets.

I cannot recommend Posh Paws enough! Sam, Nikki, and the entire team have been absolutely amazing with my Frenchies, Kozy and Tank.
I was desperate to find help after my female Frenchie, Kozy, became aggressive toward my newly adopted dog, Tank. I reached out to several trainers, but Sam was the one who immediately stepped in. He didn't hesitate to offer guidance and meet with Kozy to see if we could work through her aggression before I had to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome Tank.
If it wasn't for Sam, I truly don't know what I would have done. He genuinely cares about animals and the families who love them, and it shows in everything he does.
After just one week of training, Kozy was comfortable being in the same room as Tank. By the end of the second week, they were chasing each other around the yard and playing nonstop! Seeing them become friends has been one of the biggest blessings.
Thank you so much, Sam, Nikki, and the entire Posh Paws team. You are truly miracle workers, and I can't thank you enough for helping Kozy and Tank build such a wonderful bond. Watching them go from struggling to now playing together is something I'll always be grateful
I HIGHLY recommend Posh Paws. Your babies will be in the very best hands!
