  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Banfield Pet Hospital in Temple! From the moment you walk through the front doors, you’re welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Soledad at the front desk was absolutely incredible. My appointment was at 5:00 p.m., which is close to closing time, but she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel like I was the most important person there. She was friendly, patient, and happy to help, never making me feel rushed. As soon as we were taken to the exam room, veterinary technician Asia was just as amazing. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to explain the wellness plans in a way that was easy to understand, and it was obvious how much she genuinely loves animals. She treated my dog with so much love, care, and affection that he immediately felt comfortable, which made me feel comfortable too. Dr. Ezell was exceptional. She was thorough, caring, and took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. You can truly tell she has a passion for what she does and genuinely cares about the health and well-being of every pet she sees. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and everyone was professional, welcoming, and compassionate. One thing that really stood out was how clean and well-kept the hospital was. Everything was spotless, organized, and welcoming. It’s clear that the staff takes pride not only in providing outstanding veterinary care but also in maintaining a clean, comfortable environment for both pets and their owners.   The doctor here either remembers my cat or looks at the notes before interacting with her. Either way it feels as if she knows my cat and my cat's exacting demands. I was allowed to stay with my fur creature until she was asleep for her dental cleaning. The staff here are excellent. They seem to care for my feline as one of their own animals. Which as a cat caretaker makes me immensely happy.

  The only complaint i have is that I brought my pet in and the doctor never told me is was on deaths door. The appointment was Wednesday and my beloved pet passed on Sunday. I would have been more prepared if I had been told to expect the worst very quickly.

  100/10 I’ve been to a few banfield before and had a good visit but nothing above and beyond like this one. I reside in Killeen and I couldn’t get ahold of the Killeen Banfield at all so I took my dog reactive dog to the temple location. I’ve been told in the past by other vets in the area that my dog would have to be put down because they only gave him trazodone to get him put under anesthesia for a nail trim. This team gave him hope and gave me hope that there is care available for my dog. It’s just a bit more complex. The team was very thorough with all my questions and took their time with my sweet boy. I will be making the trip to Temple just for stitch to have the best care by this team. Highly recommend for an affordable ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Vet staff!!!!

  We were scared into believing our dog had cancer. That we had to either pay 1200 upfront or sign up for their in house wellness plans for a year in addition to the testing cost that still totaled over 1400. This was just to get some testing done. Even after the testing they said it was inconclusive, that they can’t say it’s cancer, and that they still couldn’t make a final determination on what was going on. We came in worried about my dog just to be taken advantage of. We are still stuck in the same spot we were before coming here. Absolutely no help at all.
