  Connor went above and beyond in helping me purchase my Cuban False Chameleon and answered all my questions. Very helpful and informative about my new lizard. Hands down, the best Petco location for reptiles in Central TX, I would travel 30-40 minutes just for this location.

  We bought Our newest baby here! We got a Mexican Fire Leg tarantula, and oh my God he's gorgeous! The best part: the manager knew so much about tarantulas, because he owns several already and has personal experience with them! It made knowing how to take care of him so simple, and definitely motivated the purchase! I will continue to come here for my pet needs.

  On Monday September 21 I went to this location to do a return that I purchased online. The young black girl on the register was rude and didn't seem to know how to do an online return even though I provided the paper receipt I got online. She took so long, kept giving me an attitude by breathing hard as if what I was making her to do was just too hard. The item being returned was sealed and new, and then she tossed it hard on a basket behind her like I was annoying her. She kept clicking things on the computer and suddenly she moved to the other register and said next please. Didn't even tell me she was done with me, refused to give me a receipt and totally ignored me. I trusted that the return had gone through and my son really needed to run to the bathroom so I left. But earlier I read that the returns are done as merchandise credit....so did this employed of yours just steal my $23 credit??? I keep checking my online account and there's nothing saying the refund has started. I am furious and feel so robbed by your store. I have no proof or guarantee that I'm even going to get my money back. Truly very disappointed with your customer service!

  The cashier, May, was amazing! You should make her a manager. She was handling 2 registers at once and everyone was grateful for her capability and cheerful demeanor throughout. She charming and sincere, but what I admired about her is that she's a great ambassador for Petco. I got signed up for a membership on the spot. Give that woman a promotion! Catherine Lee , Wimberley

  I just had the worst experience with the cashier , for absolutely no reason checking out she called my money fake only after verifying it was not counterfeit (old 100 dollar bill) , said my total was 80 dollars and some change , she did not give me my receipt and then shorted me my money back right before close so I couldn't go back and ask for it. She while giving me my change back rolled her eyes and said well hopefully its not fake The way she tried pointing out that it was fake was pointing where it says federal reserves on the top left here...where it says on every 100 dollar bill WOW Ripped me off and straight up stole my money with a disrespectful attitude I want my money back or an answer as to why this behavior is acceptable in this store
