  I bring my Cavapoo here every time she needs to get groomed. I can tell she loves Caitlin L and Caitlin loves her. I recommend and book with Caitlin! And my pup has always come out looking gorgeous.

  Brandon with the spidey tat is true customer service. I hope he is there every time I come in!!!!! He made my day helping me utilize coupons I couldn't get to on my own :)

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize two outstanding Petco employees who provided exceptional customer service. First, I spoke with Catherine (I’m not sure if her name is spelled with a C or a K) on the phone. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. I was looking for a larger quantity of canned dog food, but the store only had a small amount remaining in stock. Catherine suggested setting those cans aside for me so they would still be available when I arrived. I thought that was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated her willingness to help. She made the entire experience easy and pleasant. When I arrived at the store, I was helped by Brandon at checkout. He was equally friendly, welcoming, and engaging in conversation. His positive attitude and genuine kindness made me feel valued as a customer. The excellent service I received from both Catherine and Brandon is exactly why I will continue shopping at Petco. Thank you for employing such caring, professional, and customer-focused team members. They truly made my day, and I am very grateful for their help.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about this Petco location, specifically Dr. Lara Curtis and her incredible Vet Tech, Al. I bring both my cat and my dog here, and Dr. Curtis is hands-down the best veterinarian I have ever encountered. My dog, Percy, has had his share of anxiety issues, which can be incredibly stressful as a pet parent. However, the level of compassion, expertise, and genuine care that Dr. Curtis and Al have shown us has been nothing short of amazing. They don't just treat my pets. They truly care for them like family, always taking the time to make Percy feel safe and comfortable during his visits.

  I like this Petco usually but today was a weird experience. I needed to pick up one thing at 5-5:30pm, so I grabbed it, went to the check out to find no one there. I wait for 5-7 mins, & Brandon finally came to the counter. I ended up needing to enter my phone number 3 times, not a big deal but slowed things down, so I asked why it kept asking for my phone number. I received no response from Brandon. I paid & Brandon was walking away without giving me my receipt, so I asked “uh, where’s the receipt?” He gave me an exasperated look “you need a receipt?”, and told me pulling it up is going to take 5 mins. I was surprised because I get a receipt by default every time I go to this Petco so why is me expecting one now a problem? Anyways, I kind of laughed a little and told him “I’ve never not received a receipt here, but now I have to wait 5 mins. so be it.” I waited quietly while on my phone until the receipt was printed. By this time there were 1-2 customers waiting in the checkout line. I said thank you, took my receipt & left. I hadn’t even walked out the door yet & I heard Brandon exhale dramatically and sigh to the customer behind me as if he just had the most difficult customer. Brandon wasn’t working where he was supposed to & the check out counters had no employees present for 5-7 mins. Then he forgot my receipt but somehow me asking for it makes it all my fault? I’ve never had this experience at this location (I am here every few weeks if not more often).
