  The young agent Brandon was extremely nice, patient and friendly. Although we could not find what I am looking for, I appreciate very much for his help and his time... Great service!

  Giving it a 3 star because I went in to get my pup some food and went to see if the grooming department had any walk in for him to get a butt trim and nail trim they did so what makes it a 3 star is that the grooming department lacks personality which make it hard for me to trust that my puppy will be in good hands while I’m not in sight.. when they finished with my request when I got the bill it was higher then I seen on the price board.. I didn’t ask for buff and was charged for that.i really didn’t see a difference . the groomer lacked personality so I didn’t feel right after my dog left.. I will not be going back to Petco for grooming I will keep searching for him somewhere that knows how to blend faces and don’t have my Yorkie looking skinny coming out looking choppy because lack of knowledge of how to cut different breeds hair..

  These people are literally becoming my family. I go there so much. They are always helpful and putting up with my crazy jokes. 🤪 the aquatic department is the best in the city. Worth driving across town. 👌 and also when I see their people (workers) with dogs. The dogs always look happy.
