- ATAmanda TsaiJul 2, 20262.0We purchased neon tetras and red swordtails today. It was sad to see them being netted so roughly. By the time we got home, one neon tetra and one red swordtail had already died, and another neon tetra was barely active. The staff member accepted the return without any issues, but I hope the fish can be handled more gently in the future.

The lady came over to check me out even though she was already doing something. Didn’t complain, nothing. Just came over and checked me out. Realized I forgot something went back into the store and she did the same thing came over and checked me out, didn’t complain or anything, so shout out to that petco employee.

Customer service is useless because they don't track in store purchase.. so my money is stuck in cyber space ...
