My dog had an emergency out the blue , I stumbled across this place advertising "free exam'' so I booked my dogs appointment. We were promptly taken back to a room and was given paperwork to sign. Then in comes the tech to do the intake, we went over a lot of things then she proceeds to say the doctor by law can't touch a dog without them having a rabies shot. So it's going to be 45 plus 6 for some other crap she mentioned. I told her I was short on cash as I just had to repair my vehicle. She said and in a very condescending way " so you don't have 6 dollars " and I told her I did, but to Make a long story a little shorter she closed that lab top so fast!! And my dog and I left. I found a place called VAC not too far away and my dog was given an exam without him having to have that rabies shot.. That trip was a waste of time. That information needs to be provided upfront . These people ought to be ashamed especially the tech with 8 cats.

- JJJulissaMar 21, 20265.0Daisy very first time at vet clinic, me as a cat mom i got so worried she was very sick but on the contrary doctor henson was marvelous doctor with my daisy with rest of the staff everyone was so nice so sweet so friendly!! The cost was VERY affordable comparing to the 6 different vets ive had called into. One of the other vets were charging me 5,000 for ONE exam & petco charged me $132 for all 3 vaccines and for the office visit was Free! I will definitely will be coming here with my wonderful cat i had an amazing experience. I am a very Happy customer today !!!
