  No greet, no anything. Didnt have all products. Cashier was rude never said anything except want a bag.

  The groomer was sooo nice and gentle with my dog. Did a great job, gave her an extra bath and blow dry to get the smell out of her golden doodle fur. Very impressed

  My husband went to the grooming department wanting to get our dogs nails done. He waited for the lady in front of him to leave and then the groomers never came to help or acknowledge he was there. No communication about the wait time or anything else. He even asked if someone was there and no response. He walked out and we will not go back. VERY POOR SERVICE!

  On June 16th of this year, we had our Australian Shepherd, Emmi in for a nail trim. While walking from the grooming area to the counter for payment, our Emmi backed out of her collar and bolted out the front door. She crossed the parking lot with me chasing her then crossed the very busy Kuykendahl. It was hopeless for me to catch her by foot; she is very fast. In the mean time, the manager, Robbie, jumped in his truck and headed out to follow her and fortunately caught her. She had some blood on her so she needed to be checked by a vet. I was a nervous wreck so Robbie led me in his truck to an emergence clinic and even went in with me to make sure she was ok. Fortunately, she only had a chipped tooth and heat burns on her paws from the hot road. Robbie went above and beyond the call of duty and we are so grateful for his help. Emmi has totally healed and is back to her old self. THANK YOU, ROBBIE!!! Steve Pipkin

  Worst Petco ever. I was ready to check out with no line, however, no one was at the front register to check me out and I waited over 10 minutes for finally to come to the front. They weren’t even busy with only 3 customers in the store. I even had to call the store for someone to pick up the phone to let them know I am at the front ready to check out. Horrible customer service. What kind of store does this?
