  The vet Dr. Henson is very incompetent please beware taking your pets to this clinic. I came in with my kitty for an eye infection, well almost $300 later and three appointments nothing has been solved she will just guess your pet’s condition and throw medication at them based on her best guess. I called to see if there was anything else i could do to help my baby cat well she just suggested to come in for a follow up FOR A THIRD TIME. and said she’ll have to do an exam to see if he has an upper respiratory infection. WHY NOT DO THAT THE FIRST TIME? oh and it’s a $180 exam btw!

  We had to drive all the way from oklahoma to 45 north spring, to this petco branch, they had a 6pm appointment and i know it sucks because most of the day is empty. But kuddos to the people that worked last 08/09/2026, i only remembered Larry and the other awesome staff there. They have been nice and accommodating, they took the time to give me the information i need, and took care of my puppy right away. I have been going to them for my other 2 dogs and i say i couldnt love them more. They take care of my babies especially my new addition to my family. They deserve great praise!

  I bought the purina one dog food, and there were moths and other bugs in it. The dog food was old. There is no way to know that’s it old until you buy. Apparently, it’s been sitting up there for years. Thanks, but no thanks.

  Location is good. Only go for the cat litter. The food prices are way to high. You can find good cheaper food in the grocery stores. Abound is a decent food for your animals. Less expensive

  Made the drive over here to grab a cat tree for a friend after checking the website first. The only thing that threw me off was the inventory and pricing online didn’t really match what was in the store. I was expecting to spend around $30, but the last one they had in that size was $50. After that the prices jumped way up, so I just figured they had already sold through the cheaper ones. Honestly though, I liked this Petco. The store was clean, easy to walk around, and had a lot more pet stuff than I expected. The cat tree section looked picked over, but it also looked like they normally carry a pretty good variety. The guy at checkout was awesome. I told him I only had a certain amount to spend, which always feels a little awkward, and he helped me make it work without making it a big deal. I actually ended up spending less than I thought I would. Parking was surprisingly easy too. The lot was busy, but I still found a spot right up front. I wasn’t crazy about the traffic getting over here, but the store itself was worth the trip. I’d definitely come back the next time I need cat supplies.
