  Becoming a dog mom has been such a wonderful experience, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible help, education, and kindness I have received from the staff. They have taken the time to explain everything to me and have helped me make the best choices for my two puppies. I signed up for the Pet Premier program, which costs me only $22.99 for both puppies, and the savings have been phenomenal. The veterinary visits have been excellent, and having Pet Premier has helped me save a significant amount while ensuring my puppies receive great care. Recently, I visited the store while on crutches, and the employees went above and beyond to assist me. They helped me gather my items, carried them for me, patiently explained which brands would be best for my pets, and on multiple occasions even walked me out to my car to make sure I was safe and comfortable. Their compassion, knowledge, and exceptional customer service have made such a difference during my recovery and as a new pet parent. Thank you all so much for your kindness and dedication. You have gained a loyal customer, and I truly appreciate everything you have done for me and my puppies!

  bought a dog bowl online to pick up at the store. when i got to the store I was told they did not have the item and a refund will be issue. I bought another bowl at the time and asked the agent to credit what i had coming as a refund to the new bowl I just bought. He said no, because the refund will be given to original purchase. I'm still waiting for the refund 2 days later.

  The female representative was not friendly at all. She was stand offish and not approachable. My granddaughter and I both perceived the same vibe. But confusingly she was talkative with another customer. What did we do?
