- PBPaige BehmJul 2, 20261.0It broke my heart to have to pay that much for this Procedure especially when I was so distraught I would have gone elsewhere otherwise and I had someone cremated a person cremated for $400 through ABC cremation so paying $500 for a little cat was ridiculous. I’m very upset I won’t ever use y’all again. He was my 22 year-old cat barely weighed 5 pounds

The only thing that concerns me is when I schedule and in office appointment, they still do the examinations and injection away from the examination room I’m in instead of doing the examination in my presence. That makes me uncomfortable. If I schedule an in office appointment, I want to be present for the entire appointment.

When we tried to cancel the Optimum Wellness plan (we payed for almost 9 years) after she passed, they demanded we keep paying until the year was done. Horrible, horrible service. Never again!! Pet lovers stay away! Money trap and poor professionalism

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
