From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure both us and the puppy we picked were comfortable with each other. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain what to expect with a young puppy, and provided guidance and support throughout the process. It’s clear they truly care about their dogs and the families they go to. The professionalism, communication, and kindness we experienced made a stressful and emotional process much easier. We returned 2 weeks later for the 14 day training program and are impressed with Chris's obedience training. I highly recommend Chris and Seven Oaks Kennel. Our Brody is well behaved, social, healthy, and happy. Brody was so excited to see Chris and his mates again when we returned for training. It gave us confidence in the program and highlighted the care and attention these pups receive during their time with Chris. Thank you!
