    If I could give ZERO stars I would! I made an appointment online, received an email confirmation confirming our appointment however the manager Darylann as well as the front girl Hope refused to see us when arriving due to “not having enough time” as a manager myself I am highly disappointed!

    This review is not directed towards Banfield but the provider in question .. Dr Jessica Hamilton .. my 13 year old golden doodle who has been under the care of Bandfield since his birth across various states including Illinois, CT texas has DJD spine .. he took shower did not have a fall clearly not paralyzed is unable to stand from arthritis .. he is not letting me pick him up and getting aggressive because of pain .. we requested the staff to order one day worth of pain med so that we can bring him to hospital and not be a safety concern for me .. the doctor refused to order NSAID NOT EVEN narcotic for day stating that she has not seen the dog and that her colleague examined him previously .. I have been a physician close to 20 years and if I am covering my colleagues patient I take full responsibility.. this is complete insanity and I cannot even look her up.

    Get good enough service from vets and vet techs. Front desk needs to get on the same page as each other. Specifically in regards to refills for prescription. Sometimes I can call and they'll have it ready for me while other times they tell me they won't refill until I'm there. It's very frustrating to be told two different things. The front desk has also started telling us we cannot check in for appointments until 10 minutes before the appointment starts even if we arrive earlier than that. Never fails that then when we wait until 10 minutes before our start time we have a wait because there are other people in line at that time. It seems like it would be more efficient to allow people to check in when they arrive, with a full understanding that we're not there to be seen earlier than our appointment time we would just like to be checked in

    Our sweet 2 year old German Shepherd had to have unexpected surgery on 3/28/26 and it was highly stressful for us due to it being unexpected. The Banfield team was highly professional and knowledgeable regarding our pets needs. I would like to especially thank Haley, our tech for being so patient, kind, and helpful with our situation and Vulkan. She answered all of our questions and kept us up to date at all times. She made a bad situation easier to handle and we are very Blessed that she was our tech.
