- AFAna Fouquier4 days ago5.0We lost our dog Rupp this past Friday and let me say Jeff was amazing! I called before hand to let them know Rupp had passed away and we were on our way and Jeff met us outside and helped us take care of everything. This morning I had called to make sure an apt I had made for Rupp was canceled and he was agin super helpful! Jeff if you see this thank you so much for your kindness!
- CIcarly ieppertAug 26, 20261.0Banfield is absolutely awful. I booked two in-room appointments for my cats, and when I arrived, I was told they only had availability for drop-off appointments. I wasn’t comfortable with that since I’m currently looking for a new vet’s office and wanted the opportunity to meet the doctors and staff and get a feel for the clinic. The receptionist told me their appointments would have to be rescheduled for Saturday instead. I just find the whole situation extremely inconvenient and frustrating, especially considering I drove almost an hour to get there. A simple phone call beforehand to let me know they couldn’t accommodate the appointments I originally booked would have saved me a lot of time and gas.

It’s such a scam, tried to cancel for months now and while I signed up there, they claim you need to cancel via another team who then in turn fails to cancel it each time. They then said I need to first pay the balance I accumulated while I tried to cancel. I went there in person to pay the balance (reluctantly since I didn’t use it) but once I paid the balance they failed to cancel me again, racking up hundreds of dollars AGAIN unknowingly, called them after getting robo calls from them to pay my new balance…. Called them again letting them know I’ve tried to cancel numerous times and they keep charging me. It’s this never ended challenge…

I made an appointment online, received an email confirmation confirming our appointment however the manager Darylann as well as the front girl Hope refused to see us when arriving due to “not having enough time” as a manager myself I am highly disappointed!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
