- GMGizmos MomJun 24, 20262.0We have used the grooming services here several times and they have always done a great job. However, this time they SHAVED my Husky. This is a big NO NO. I told them to cut the mat's and only what had to be done. With the exception of his head and tail they shaved him using a #1 blade, I think. We will not be back. I'm just hoping he doesn't get sick and his fir grows back.

She takes the time to listen and also lets me know if there were any concerns or if she noticed anything. The other groomers there are very nice also!!! I’ve chatted with all of them!!!

Stormy got the lion cut and is absolutely beautiful. Definitely will use Tammy at Petco grooming again. Tammy even asked me what do I call her other than Stormy because she heard me call her something else and that's what she called her by. When we left my fur baby gave her kisses.
- BGBeckie GreenMar 8, 20261.0Very unhappy with Petco groomers. My dogs had an appointment at 10 AM on Saturday and I dropped them off at 9:45 that morning. I called at 2:30 to find out the progress and was told they were just starting the cut on one of my dogs. I was finally able to pick my dogs up at 3:30. It is not right that I had an appointment, there were 4 groomers working that day, and my dogs were there for almost 6 hours. I have never had to wait that long to pick my dogs up even when one groomer was doing both dogs. They each have their own groomer now and they are there longer than they have ever been. Their cuts were great but the wait time was ridiculous. Oh and when I got there, I walked in on one of the groomers returning a half groomed dog to it's owner stating the mats were so bad that she couldn't finish the cut. Surely she should have known that BEFORE starting the cut on that poor dog. Petco grooming is going downhill quickly. Sherman Texas location.
