  This day was the best customer service I have had here. The gentleman was informed helpful and polite. Not what I usually get. He signed me up for auto ship and I appreciated it.

  There is no way to get someone to wait on you in the fish area. They should have a buzzer or something. Plus, there were a lot of quarantined tanks. I asked about when a sale would end and the clerk had no idea.

  I was at this store today and checked out at about 12:35pm. The female cashier was slouched at her register and did not greet me or make eye contact and told me to put my phone number in before I even got to that machine. She dropped the items into the bag. Literally holding them over the bag and dropping them in. Not placing them in. Who does this??? In the middle of the transaction she turned her back to me and started talking to the other cashier about a birthday party. I reached over the counter to get my bag as she didn’t place it on the counter. When I was walking away she asked if I wanted my receipt. No thank you was given. She was the same way last time. Incredibly rude, dismissive and unengaged. I can’t believe she has a job. Never coming here again.

  If you have fish you've just gotten in and don't want to sell them, put up a sign. We waited for 15 minutes on the guy who was literally just following a woman around the aquariums waiting on her to make up her mind. She even tried to get him to leave and help us saying "I think those people need some help" and he replied "oh they definitely do," wouldn't leave her. I asked the cashier if anyone else could help and was told there were only 3 people in the store. I went back and as he was just standing there silently with her, asked if we could get some guppies. He finally came over about 5 minutes later and when we asked for guppies, he told us they just came in and would die if he sold them. I said, "we've been waiting for 15 minutes, if you don't want to sell your fish, put up a sign!" No apology, he just says "I'm the only person here." I said "yeah, a sign, like Petco, that says quarantine, so people don't stand here for 15 minutes." He kept making excuses and never apologized for the wait. Petsmart, maybe don't have your employees tell us your fish will die, maybe have them put up a sign if they don't want to sell them. We wasted 30 minutes picking fish he tells us will die if we take them home and we should come back later. 4:30 pm, April 25th.
