  I had a very disappointing experience at this dog grooming business. The staff members , mainly the owner or manager ,  I dealt with was unexpectedly rude and dismissive when I asked basic questions about an undisclosed price increase of my  regular dog's grooming appointment which I’ve been consistently going to for well over a year. There was a price increase before , maybe 8 months ago or so, but I was made aware of it and was fine, but when questioning about this new undisclosed price increase to see why I am being charged more he got extremely aggressive and unprofessional .  Instead of being helpful or professional, they spoke to me in a condescending manner and made me feel unwelcome. He said “If you can’t afford it go somewhere else .” Mind you this is after I already paid and tipped , we spoke over the phone once I got home and noticed the price increase on the receipt and called to question on the reason of the price increase . Customer service is just as important as the quality of the grooming itself, and unfortunately this experience left me feeling uncomfortable , disgusted and frustrated. I expect pet care professionals to treat both customers and their pets with respect. I pray they aren’t this disrespectful to peoples beloved pets as they were to me . Based on my experience, I would not and cannot recommend this business.

  We moved to San Marcos last year and have been looking for a FUR-EVER groomer for our doggy. Due to scheduling conflicts on my end we had only been able to take our doggy for nail trim and grind. From the first time I met Jasmine, I saw how comfortable my fur baby was with her. Today for the first time; we had a full service with bath and haircut. Jasmine did SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB! She is very personable and professional. Our doggy was so comfortable with her and even relaxed in her arms when we first dropped him off. Our doggy is usually really nervous the first time with a new groomer. Thank you Realm of Pawsability. We will continue to be repeat customers!! Yall provide a great quality service and I am happy to come back and see yall soon!

  This one actually really hurts my being to write. To be completely transparent, I’ve actually never found a better dog groomer. Not only do they do an amazing job, but they have treated my dog Leo like family for YEARS. I think we’re coming up on 4 years with you guys. I calls to setup an appointment 4 times in the past 2 weeks and got no answers. I left a voicemail every time. After messaging the imstagram and texting, somebody finally texted me. They are saying Leo has been warned about his anxiety multiple times and unless he comes back with a certificate, they refuse to see him. The person texting is saying they are the owner but I just can’t believe it. I’ve asked, “What could you possibly mean?” Several times and they won’t respond. NOBODY has ever said one thing about Leo being anything other than pleasant. Not only have I spent THOUSANDS here myself and tip ~$200 for each grooming, but I have also put probably 8 other customer onto your facility. I promote the place like it’s my own. At this point, I doubt there is a remedy since somebody on the inside is lying and manipulating the situation, but I want you to know if you come back with new staff, Leo and I would feel comfortable coming back.   I like the smaller salon for my anxious dog. I have a 52 lb Aussie that gets too overstimulated and anxious with larger salons. The staff here work really well with him and he's slowly acclimating to regular grooming. They always do a great job with grooming, de-shedding, bathing, and nail trimming.

  My dog is very skittish at most groomers but does splendidly here. They take great care of her.
