We’ve been taking our doodle, Ellie, here for a couple years now, and it’s been such a wonderful experience. We’ve gone to multiple groomers before and never felt comfortable leaving our dog anywhere. Highly recommend, and the owner/groomers have always been so sweet to us and they know our girl has some big anxiety at times during the process and they’ve always been patient with her.

Extremely disappointed with this experience. I was contacted FIVE MINUTES before my scheduled appointment and told that they were not going to groom my dog. Apparently, they do not do well with dogs that bark (completely stupid in my opinion) or are not fully trained, which would have been useful information to know before I made the appointment. I had also specifically told them ahead of time NOT to cut my dog’s nails. Instead of communicating that they would not accept the appointment under those circumstances, they waited until the absolute last minute to tell me that if they couldn’t cut his nails, they would not perform the grooming service at all. I completely understand that not every groomer is comfortable with every dog, and that is fine. What is NOT fine is accepting an appointment, knowing the circumstances, and then waiting until five minutes before the appointment to tell the customer that you will not provide the service. A simple phone call beforehand could have saved me the time, inconvenience, and frustration of arranging my day around an appointment they apparently had no intention of honoring. If there are specific requirements for dogs to be accepted, including not barking, being fully trained, or allowing their nails to be cut, those requirements need to be clearly communicated when the appointment is made, not five minutes before. Dogs bark and there is not a lot you can do about that. Very poor communication and extremely unprofessional handling of the situation. I would not recommend this groomer based on my experience. Beyond Grooming saved the day very last minute and understood the anxiety and normal behavior of a corgi.

Been taking my Boston for years to Realms they offer excellent service and are always very nice. My dog feels comfortable around them, even though he can be shy and not wanting to go with anyone else. They take care of him well and do a great job. Thank you.

DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE, I’m so hurt about what they did to my baby. They cut all his hair off his face and blamed it on miscommunication when I was really clear about what I wanted. Even the owner called him a girl because the girl made him look like a girl not even a boy. I’m so hurt about my baby’s face. I wish I’d never came here. This really hurt me. I’m so devastated at what they did to my dog.
