These people will actually take the time to see if something is wrong with your baby, unlike other offices who only check the report of what you came in for and then call it a day. If your dog looks like he might bite (out of fear) they will muzzle your baby (which is understandable, can’t take a risk)

Dr Gates and his staff were kind and attentive. Our dog, Linus, has been struggling with poop issues fir a few weeks. We used AI to try and make him well and couldn't go it alone. The good doctor diagnosed an anal absess and cared treated it in less than an hour and my boy is home and on antibiotics. He is defecating much easier. I walked into the office hoping to at least discover the issue and walked out very satisfied!!

Do not go to clinic unless you have an appointment. I went to clinic since it was close to my home but the front desk lady was of no help. Lady made it seem like was bothering her even though she saw my dog in pain she refused care.

Jackie, did not come across as friendly or compassionate, which is something you expect when bringing in a pet you care about. Throughout the visit, communication was poor and I felt like my concerns were brushed off rather than taken seriously.
There was also a vet tech who seemed unfocused and inattentive during the appointment, which made me uneasy about the level of care being provided. When it comes to your pet’s health, that kind of experience is extremely concerning.
Additionally, my interaction with Teresa was especially disappointing. She was rude in her tone and behavior, and the way I was treated felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
Overall, this visit left me feeling frustrated, unheard, and uncomfortable. I expect a veterinary clinic to treat both pets and their owners with kindness, respect, and professionalism, and unfortunately that was not my experience here
