    Vetco staff was very kind and easy to work with. They assisted with puppy care and first check up and shots. The appointment was easy to set up online. The prices are fair and I went ahead and prepaid for this visit plus the additional visits and vaccinations for the near future all in advance. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember to show my 20% off barcode that was emailed to me so I was unable to take advantage of this promotion. I called the next day to see if they would still honor the discount but the manager on duty told the phone receptionist that they will not honor it since I paid for all future services in advance..??!

    Made an appointment for my pet, web says 1st visit free, receptionist changed the rules right there on the spot and charged stating some bs she come up with so the visit couldn’t be free anymore, we been coming to this place to purchase all of our pets needs and when we came for the first check up they managed to damage the reputation for a buck, sad to say we ain’t coming back.

    Took my dog in for kennel cough, doctor thought he didn't need antibiotics. Gave cough tablets instead. My dog went downhill afterwards and passed away few days later. They wanted to do so many test, when they should start off with antibiotics first. Est quote quickly went over 1k. Do not take your pet to that young Vet.
