They were both professional, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. All of our concerns were addressed and resolved within 30 minutes. Excellent bedside manner and great customer service — highly recommend this Petco veterinary team!

Johnny was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely caring with Honey. He took the time to clearly explain her condition, the treatment plan, and the next steps to ensure she continues to recover properly. Honey received an injection during the visit, and we were sent home with oral medication. Johnny made sure I fully understood the dosage and how to administer it correctly, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. He also walked me through the benefits of the Vetco vaccination clinic and the Vital Care Premier program, both of which are very affordable and helpful options. On top of that, he was able to apply my coupon to waive my first exam fee, which I truly appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. If any of my animals need care in the future, I will absolutely be returning to Vetco thanks to Johnny and the entire team.
