- THTim HittingerJun 5, 20261.0Booked an appointment for Friday at 1:30. Showed up for the appointment to be informed that my slot was given away because I did not "confirm" my appointment. I missed responding to a confirmation text on Thursday. When I received a text this morning (Friday) I replied to confirm. Never received any reply back. I was offered to wait as a walk-in but was told it could be up to an hour because the priority would be given to the appointment(s) that essentially took my spot. All in all just a terrible customer service experience. If you are going to give away an appointment time slot for failure to confirm, you should notify the person their slot was given away so they don't waste their time.
