Had my dog stay in boarding for half a day to get urinalysis done only to be told when I came to get her that she defecated and urinated on herself while in boarding. She has a history of heart and lung issues (MMVD, Pulmonary Hypertension), which they KNEW about, especially since she had her ultrasound at that SAME location. Not only that, but when I got her in my car, she was in a daze and breathing fast despite barely moving (I carry her mostly everywhere). This went on for hours and I couldn't get her to calm down. She wouldn't even eat and she would have coughing fits where she hacked up a clear liquid. Even while sleeping she breathed fast. I called this same location and they said to wait it out and call them in the morning if she was still having issues as she was likely just stressed and overwhelmed from the boarding (despite it being FOUR HOURS later). I also gave her some anxiety meds per their recommendation (which they initially suggested benadryl, but I had some gabapenten from a different vet hospital prescribed to her from another time she was stressed after going here). In the end, I took her to the ER due to pale gums (none of the vet techs even checked nor did they tell me) and rapid breathing. Thank god I have a better hospital I can turn to that doesn't just ignore my baby. She received oxygen therapy at that emergency hospital for 4 hours along with some additional meds to calm her down. I cannot believe the lack of care at this clinic for its boarded pets, especially when the medical history SHOULD be known. It later dawned on me that if she had defecated and urinated on herself in her kennel AND she ended up needing oxygen therapy, then she must have been so stressed out to the point that she passed out and lost control of her bowels (which had happened in the past when she was on different meds and got super excited before eating, she urinated on the floor after collapsing on her side trying to catch her breath). What a horrible circumstance for anyone's pet to be in. And with no one to care for her after the fact or help her calmly come to. Just some haphazard wipe down with wet wipes after she stumbled/collapsed in a pool of her own filth due to the kennel's size. She was handed to me partially cleaned with feces still on her paws and between her pads and some still in her coat. My girl has been trying to tell me something about this practice and I regret not listening sooner. Every time I take her there for a boarding (ultrasound, urinalysis), she ends up stressed out to the point of needing oxygen therapy the same day. Who knows how many remaining years off her life this practice is taking from her by being okay with putting dogs with heart/lung conditions in those kind of environments.

I'm so grateful to Cory and Annika for the urgent and compassionate care they gave to a small kitten we rescued after we witnessed it being hit by a car. With their guidance and help we have been able to stabilize it and come up with a plan for care. Kitten is thriving! I would like to mention that we went to Vetco after visiting Becker animal hospital and being sent away with no hope or strategy to help kitten survive. Thank you x10000 for all you do!

Not pleased with the Veteranerian and her "bedside manner" telling me and my daughter that our dog probably had a blood cancer without doing any testing at all. Then cutting on her mouth during surgery without permission when all she had to do is call. To top it all off, when I took my dog in to get the stitches out of her backside. The vet didn't use gloves to remove the stitches and then examined her mouth with the same ungloved hands. Resulting in an infection in her mouth. I tried to get someone to call me back regarding the lack of care but never received call. The technicians were all very friendly and helpful.
