The staff can not help me or others if there are doing more than one persons job. Plain and simple. Service needs people to have it done. Two dogs going in for a simple bath and nail trim should not take four hours when the schedule appointment was on the books for over a week ahead of time management should have planned better to have more staff available and as a customer, my time was wasted, not by the one staff member doing the job of two people, but by the managers not scheduling two people to do the job of two people management needs to do better service was done correctly and professionally, but management needs to do better and allocate more Resources and staffing to alleviate customer waiting
