  I had went into the store after applying for the Petco Credit Card and wanted to use it for my dogs grooming services. No one in grooming knew how to do a look up process in order for me to use my card that day. The cashiers were very helpful and they had a lot more patience than the grooming stylist. Terrie, the stylist who cut my dogs nails, was extremely impatient with the entire process while we tried to figure out how to use the credit card without a physical card or digital card. Another customer offerred to pay for my dogs services as she saw me experiencing a lot of trouble and when I tried to explain it to Terrie, she simply stared at me with a blank expression. It wasn’t until I said, “If it’s too much trouble, do not worry about it” that she continued to do the intake. Cashier staff was outstanding, I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that helped everyone the look up procedure. I even told them, “My apologies for all the trouble” in which they responded, “It’s a learning experience for all of us!” On the other hand, the grooming stylist made the situation seem like it was a huge inconvenience for them.

  First time I took my dog, Jett, and we had the absolute BEST experience! His last grooming was with a mobile groomer and it was his worst experience ever! I explained to Rachael and she was the absolute best with him and I would 100% recommend her!!

  Our groomer Emma is the best !!! She is our dogs bestie he loves going to see her ! She always does an amazing job !!!!
