  Gret experience with our groomer Mie-Mie (Maria) She made sure my pup Gio was cut perfectly and was done in an hour and a half!

  We used to go there several times a week but the staff is very rude. Make you feel like they could care less that you're there to purchase items. I won't be going back to the store because the last time I was there I waited almost 20 minutes for somebody to help me purchase a fish even though there was somebody in the fish department. He told me that he was leaving and he would need somebody else to help me. I found two more employees that seem to be very busy walking around the store but obviously couldn't help My family.

  I have a lot of concern over the welfare of the birds in the store. Parakeets and all parrots have the intelligence of a 5 year old and should not be sold in pet stores. Their feathers were in poor condition and several were tail bobbing which indicates respiratory distress. Parrots including Parakeets should not be sold at pet stores. Please stop selling them.

  My cashier Gabriel was amazing. He was personable, kind and knowledgeable. This was the first time we have seen him in this store so I'm not sure if he is new or not, but he was just an overall great human and we need more employees like him. Great customer service and genuine care for not only us but our animal.

  I LOVE this location. We moved to San Antonio last year and I can say that the employees at this location go above and beyond, are always professional and kind, care for the animals under their watch, and do their absolute best to help facilitate healthy lives for their animals in store and after adoption. Miss Ronda is the sweetest lady ever, Jaden knows so much about reptiles and aquatics, he’ll never steer you wrong, and all of the other staff are well informed with good intentions! None of the staff act like they’re bothered to help and they all do extremely well with my sometimes rowdy toddler and baby. Going by the store a few times a week has easily become one of my favorite parts of living in San Antonio! Highly recommend this location!
