- TCTeila CookMay 6, 20261.0I have been to this location a few times and everytime, I am always met by attitude by the staff that works there. I am not sure if they are underpaid, tired or just hate their job ? I will be finding a different location and hopefully it will be a better experience.
- PPPatriciaMay 6, 20261.0I was living in Converse for a year, my dog is the sweetest dog, very calm, and some groomer was having a bad day that day, she was taking it out on me and my dog sense it and did not wanted to go in, I called the store to make sure they kept my dog safe because I had to return to work, my dog was clean and safe and im glad I call the store and reported the groomer behavior, just to find out later THEY PUT A BAN ON MY ACCOUNT, I am back in Nevada thank God where I have never had any problems with any groomers and I just schedule recently on another branch. Please beware of petty stuff like this, where if they don't like you, they will put a ban on you and make your dog suffer for it.

I specified she gets the teddy bear face. When I picked her up she is cut basically to her body, ears and face are choppy and look so bad! They didn't touch her tail. I'm so upset and mad they did this to my dog!
