  Terrible service, grooming reps were rude and impatient. Were not helpful in calming our dog, and kept him in a kennel for hours and refused to bathe him. Will never recommend or go again. Would give zero stars if I could.

  super sweet people, san antonio pets alive were lovely, all the staff in this building are very knowledgeable and kind and make everything easy, adopted our cat here and im so glad we went through them, theyre no kill

  I was concerned by what I observed during my visit. I saw a pregnant woman carrying a very large dog, which appeared to be physically demanding and potentially unsafe. Regardless of the circumstances, asking or allowing someone who is pregnant to perform heavy lifting raises questions about employee and customer safety. I hope management takes a closer look at its policies and ensures that tasks involving heavy animals or lifting are handled by staff who can safely perform them or with appropriate assistance.

  Just walked out of this store that I frequent for fish supplies. The employees that work in that area really need some customer service post training. A few people were in the vicinity and the workers went to another area. Each time someone was needed and I watch this happen twice, the customer had to go get the employees to help them instead of the employees asking if we needed help. One passed me by and someone asked for assistance who wasn't there before me. When I asked her for assistance she told me to wait a few minutes for the other lady she was helping someone. I waited for another 5 mins and no one came so I left the store. I guess that I need to make an appointment before I enter the store to ensure that I don't waste my gas that's very expensive right now. This has been a poor customer service experience. DO BETTER!!!! I'm to Pet Smart its less expensive there and they treat their customers with value.
