Mercedes was so very beneficial to his recovery, we could not have done it without her, and her knowledge. So Mercedes thank you so much for having patience with us and thank you most of all for caring for our dog. I would also like to mention Matthew he was very helpful as well, great team that Petco has working for them. We highly recommend Petco San Antonio Ingram and 410.
- KNKenneth NgMay 30, 20261.0We’ve been getting our dogs groomed here for years, and one of our dogs in particular is picky about who grooms him. The groomer who usually worked with him has since left. Today, we brought our dogs in for grooming, and one of them was refused service for being aggressive. My issue is not with the refusal itself—I understand that safety comes first. My concern is with the blatant disrespect, sarcasm, and unprofessional attitude that was directed toward me and my mother afterward by the manager we spoke with. As longtime customers who have trusted this business with our pets for years, we expected to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially from someone in a management position, even if the decision was to decline service. The way the situation was handled left us feeling dismissed and unwelcome, which was very disappointing given our history with this establishment.
