  Customer service here could definitely be improved. I went in to purchase a couple of fish and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with Cameron. I had a few questions, but instead of being helpful, he came across as rude and seemed irritated that I was asking for information. I ended up having to Google my questions myself. Customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable asking questions, especially when they’re trying to make an informed purchase. If you don’t enjoy your job, perhaps it’s worth finding something you genuinely enjoy—but customers shouldn’t have to deal with that attitude.

  The staff gets to registers immediately, give you choices regarding receipt and bagging, the store is always clean, well stocked and items are consistently in the same place. Really nice holiday displays

  I love my 410 Petco Ive been going to the vet and the store for the last 6 years. Its my favorite location with plenty of space and items to choose from. The place is clean and the animals are well kept.

  I find dead, moldy worms every single time I have visited in the past 8 years. When confronted, the manager said, "I don't know." It's been going on for years, and nothing has been done. Right now, 7/23/26, there's also a dead Pac-Man frog being sold in this cruel little tank. Dead. On display for customers. This store should be shut down or converted to dogs and cats only.

  Wanted to say thank you. Dr Rainey-Biler your dedication to helping our Mei Mei these past 3 years with her horrific battle against demodex mange has meant the world to us. The happiness and relief she had even when it was just a week made us so happy. Thank you Jake, Leah, Tamara and everyone who loved on our baby. You guys saw her at her worst and sometimes at her best. We are happy she was so loved by everyone. We wished something worked for our baby. She took a piece of our family with her. Thank you again for everything you have all done for Mei. Love yall always, The Rosas Family 🩵. PS here’s some photos of Mei Mei as a baby before the start.
