Enjoy the visits with my pets. Great service. Would be even better if prices of all items were made clear before going to the counter to purchase.

Store is clean and the staff is friendly. The cashier even let my kid help him scan the items. It made his day.

I love this location so much. I think its the best location in the city! It doesn't matter if your shopping on the store side or taking your pet to be seen with the vet located here. The staff is all around amazing, knowledgeable and just kind. On the store side they are always well stocked. If the app or website says an item is in stock at this location you can rely on it actually being on the shelves. At the clinic, staff is consistently just the kindest people around who really do get to know your pet an want to do whatever is best for them. There is absolutely nothing but love from this office, and you can feel it. Like not all the petcos have a cat room in their clinic. That really just is one tiny example of how much they put in to this office. I love that this location has that. Its honestly very clear that this location has staff that really do love what they do. Like honestly words cannot express how great this location is because they really do go to great lengths to ensure you pet has the best visit possible through whatever accomodations they need. Like its clean, the staff is nice, happy, memorable, the pricing on stuff is honestly really not even bad for how excellent this staff is. It really is an environment where you know they love your pet as much as you do and want to do whatever to help you both feel comfortable. I really hope that the new vet I saw today sticks around, Dr. Aronsou was really so gentle, knowledgeable and kind. I have only met her once so far but I think shes a great vet who I hope we see again in the future as she was really great with my cat and I feel excellent about the care plan. Lots of love for Leah and all of the other staff as well you guys rock and im so thankful to have such a great care team for my cat that I can count on 🥰❤️

I always shop here for my cats and customer service is good but i went this evening to get some stuff and cashier was just standing there and waited to say he was open so we could check out. We went up to the counter and he doesn’t say anything just serious scanning our stuff and says thetotal. He just seemed annoyed or something.

Love having a quick "go to" place that's open later for our pet needs. Petco has a great selection of food and treats and they are always rotating inventory on seasonal and everyday items we like for our boy!
