  Not everyone who walks in with a backpack has intentions of stealing. My experience was not a good one due to the fact that as soon as I walked in employees where hovering me and watching me. I know that y'all have a job to do but like I said not everyone who walks in with a backpack has intentions of stealing. With someone dealing with PTSD, anxiety and depression and a person who loves animals I go in there to enjoy the environment and not feel like I'm some kind of thief

  This petco in citybase is the worse one in s.a i swear. I have been to a lot of them here and this one has no help no carts and barely things in stock! This is not a poor side of town but they treat us like we are at dollar tree. Every other petco has carts. How am I supposed to carry a 45 lb bag to the register. N dont dare try to ask for help they hide if u make eye contact. If you cant find ppl at least keep carts!!!

  They should teach their employees what customer service really is. When I asked your employee for help, they practically turned their back on me. When I explained what I needed, they rolled their eyes at me, and this is not the first time it has happened. I only went because my pet had no food; otherwise, I would not even go into the store. They should train their employees on how to properly treat customers. Terrible service!

  I was curious with questions regarding my pit having hot spots on her coat and wanted to consult with someone regarding my question. I browsed the isle where all shampoos and other products are located. I stopped a store associate and asked her what was good to treat hot spots. She kind and professionally pointed out a shampoo and explained how it works and what other steps I could take to treat my dogs hoy spots. She was very polite and professional. Didn't catch her name. I ended up purchasing the product she recommended.

  Horrible service the front desk is rude as hell. The dr are even worse. Money hungry people. They advertise free exam for the first time and then when they walk in abs say he needs to get tested for everything wise and parvo after my dog the up. Which I had him tested and he did not have it. I cleaned up the mess and apparently they don't sanitize the rooms because the front lady said now she'll have to sanitize the room because of us. Like really lady. You guy's need to do it regardless. They are just out to make money. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
