  All of the employees were familiar with the store and their operating procedure. They really helped me out in picking up the products I needed. I also am going to have three of my little girls groomed there next Tuesday. Thank you, Petco. You’re doing a good job.

  Staff were very helpful. We found everything we needed. Its awful that you cannot take the carts out of the store.

  This location needs to seriously just get rid of their curbside. Honestly what is the point ?! There is no actual curbside spots. If you park in a parking spot they will never find you and the actual curb is a fire lane. And they make you wait 20-30+ min. If you don’t have the staff then just don’t do curbside. Don’t offer curbside deals. Past two times I had to walk inside because no one ever came out both times my order was sitting in a cart right by the door. This time I’m sitting there for 25 min. Curbside is a convenience, for people who found curbside online deals, for people that can’t get down, people in a rush. So if you can’t do just DONT OFFER IT!!

  Juan with the glasses is the best. He was very helpful very educated & very patient & kinds customer service is very hard to find. If you come here ask for Juan. Best customer service he deserves the recognition.

  There is a video circulating of an employee grooming a dog in an abusive way. Some of the people know her as Lisa P. Contact me and I can send you the video. Please correct this issue with the employee, as this has also been relayed to corporate.
