  I saw they put up a display that says "Desk Pets" where they have animals like frogs and tarantulas in too-small, unsecured cases. And a little printed out piece of paper that says "dont forget to buy my future home, too!" Is not going to stop people from mistreating these animals. If you call them deskpets and display them in small cups in improper conditions, you're going to teach people that it's fine to treat animals that way. Petco always says "well it's just temporary" as if that justifies keeping animals in subpar conditions and then tries to distance themselves from responsibility when the public treats those animals like the accessories Petco displays them to be. Do better, Petco. This display is disgusting. The employees at this location are lovely though, and I appreciate the attempt at setting up an example habitat to at least try to combat the obvious problems the desk pets displays causes.

  We took my two dogs here for routine vaccinations and left disappointed. The vaccinations themselves were handled, but the experience with the veterinarian was the problem. She came across as condescending and rude, and brushed us off when we tried to explain that one of our dogs is sensitive to pills and usually can't keep them down. We weren't looking for special treatment, just a vet who would hear us out about our own animals. Instead we felt talked down to. The staff at the front were fine, but the lack of basic bedside manner from the vet is enough that I won't be bringing our dogs back here.

  Went to see if they had a reptile my daughter was looking for, and not only did they have it, but also cheaper then 2 other places we went too.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding, Compassionate Care for Senior Dogs!I cannot say enough great things about our recent experience at Vetco! Taking an older dog in for heart care can be stressful, but the team here made the entire visit an absolute breeze.The customer service was top-tier. Our vet tech, Kai, was fantastic. Kai was incredibly gentle, attentive, and patient with my dog, SunTsu, making sure he felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. The veterinarian we saw was equally wonderful, professional, and thorough in managing SunTsu's senior heart care.The entire process was fast, highly organized, and very compassionate. It is a huge relief to find a team that handles senior pets with such genuine kindness and expertise. Be sure to ask for Kai.
