  WORST EXPERIENCE for me and my 5 year old daughter whose birthday is today. We waited a week for our fish tank to be ready and today was the day we went fish shopping and she was so excited to get them today. We went in and waited 15 minutes to get help and finally i got tired of waiting so i went to the counter and told the girl could she help me. She said she would ask the guy who was working the fish department today. Wednesday the 22nd at 10:45 and the guy says yes i’ll be with you after having a 15 minutes conversation with another lady so i waited another 5 minutes. He NEVER ASSISTED ME!!! So my one daughter wish i could not fulfill because of this BAD EXPERIENCE! So we left, she only turned 5 once! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The assistant Manager sorry we’re short staffed. NOT MY PROBLEM. Management means find a solution and HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

  I’ve had a Petco membership for my dogs to get discounts on their vet, bills, grooming, just anything I need for them. I’ve always taken them to get their grooming done at the same Petco location that I go and see the vet. I made my appointment through the app. Like normal. Go in today. Get assigned to a new girl name Megan. She comes out goes over the paperwork. Sees that one of my dogs has hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Now I keep him on a pretty strict diet, but the vet is given me and he doesn’t have many episodes at all. They know this as I’ve explained this to them before. But today she tells me even though she’s new. She believes there’s a new policy. And even though she doesn’t know what hypoglycemia is, she’s gonna have to go check with all these people to see if we could even be seen. I’m standing there with two dogs, trying to control them as there’s people lining up behind me. I was so irritated. I told her don’t waste your time and I left. I think if you’re gonna have new policies in place, you should make sure that when people book online that they’re told those policies. I think you should especially teach your new people what the policies are. So they can confidently. Let you know. Her whole demeanor was rude, and like she didn’t even want to service my dogs when she first came out. Looks like I’ll be canceling my membership, finding a new vet, and finding a new Groomer.

  I visited Petcos Bandera Rd. location after finding they had what I was looking for online in stock. I found the glass case near the checkout containing various flea treatments. In less than 60 seconds cashier Jacob was there helping me locate what I was looking for. Advantage Topical Flea Treatment for Small Cats and Kittens 2 - 9 lbs. A minute later I was cashing out. Very Satisfied with my visit to Petco. Very friendly and helpful Jacob. Give him a raise, promotion and a paid vacation.
