  ​I visited this location today to pick up supplies for my dogs and witnessed highly unprofessional behavior. An employee, whom I identified by her name tag as Jo, appeared to be heavily intoxicated. She was slurring her speech and knocking items over. When I asked the cashier, named Draven, if I could speak with a manager to report the behavior, I was shocked to learn that Jo was actually the manager on duty. I find it completely unacceptable that Petco allows a manager to operate a store in this condition. I am escalating this matter to corporate HR and management for immediate review.

  self wash is not open all day my dog needed a bath and they closed it a hour and 30 minutes before they actually closed no help at all and this guy was just no help

  I came in today looking forward to buy my dog food when I arrived in the door a young man greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything, I said no and I went about my shopping business. As I was shopping I overheard people talking in one of the aisles about how ready they were to go to the liquor store and buy shots and one of them suggested they should just go right then and there. It was quite surprising that when I stopped to look at a few of the treats that it was actually two employees talking to each other. One was short that I thought was a boy but turned out to be a girl once she turned around and the other was slightly taller with glasses. They both smiled when I looked in their direction but I couldn't shake off the fact how unprofessional it was for them to be talking about drinking while at work. Anyways I go towards checkout and the young man asked me if I found everything I needed which I said yes. I paid for my things and left. As I'm loading my dog food into my car I couldn't help but notice that the short female employee actually stepped out of the store and walked to the liquor store as soon as I left the store. The store itself was very empty and did not have other customers at the time that I was there so I found it quite odd that they waited till I left. Very unprofessional, I will not be returning to this Petco.
