- WWWilliam White5 days ago5.0I’ve used Banfield for almost a decade now between a dog and two cats. Every time I’ve been they’ve treated my animals with the utmost respect and care. Having a vet that can triage and address most issues at cost, while referring you to partnered specialists when needed is a blessing. Fast care, good follow ups, and transparency in care plans. I would recommend this Banfield location to anyone who needs routine pet care

I booked an in office visit for 9:30 and when I got there was told that I would have to drop my dog off and they wouldn’t see him until 2pm? All the lady at the front desk said “we tried to call you multiple times and you did not answer” but no voicemail was left? She said the system does not let them leave voicemails. I wouldn’t even call this place a “hospital”. I don’t recommend this place one bit.

I take my pet to the Stone Oak location, much kinder and more approachable staff. Who knows what that woman does to your pets behind closed doors.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
