Staff is very helpful, friendly and kind, all the exam rooms are clean, and they’re always stocked up with great treats too! - RRrenMar 12, 20265.0imagine hanging up on the front desk staff and then expecting them to be nice to you. wild that some people think acting like is okay and not expecting that type of attitude in return. calling them out by name is crazy too, way to make them targets. i don’t usually add reviews but reading one of the last ones on here sparked me to do so. I’ve been coming to this clinic for a few years now and i’ve seen costumers yell at the front desk staff many of times, some of these reviewers seem like those types of people. these kids are always running around trying their best but them wanting to go home on time is such a big deal. i’ve had small but great experiences here and i’ll continue to attend this clinic

However, I recently needed my dog to be seen and that hospital had no appointments for 3 days and they suggested I call other Banfield's. I called this one on 281 just South of Bitters and they had a same day appointment! Nice, clean and a very friendly staff. The Vett (Dr Collins) and Vet Tech (Stephanie) were excellent with my dog. They both got on the floor with her and after living in her, assessed. Banfield obviously has perfected the pet hospital model. I felt like I was at mine in Dezevala. Wonderful care and since my pooch is on the Wellness plan, not office cost. That was one of the smartest things I ever signed up for. Terrific value ...

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
