- DDDee D.Aug 11, 20264.0The front desk staff are always pleasant. They greet me &/or my dog (Bella) by name. I would recommend this Banfield Pet Hospital. I am not pleased with the high cost of the Wellness plan. My dog is older. The senior plan is way too expensive. Alternative costs should be recommended for pets.

When my husband showed up for the appointment he was told they have no record of the appointment even though I received an email with the check in process for the visit. What is wrong with employee's now a days. Nobody now how to do their job anymore. Very disappointed. How can they say the don't have record of his appointment when I received confirmation and an email to check in.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was extremely friendly, professional, compassionate, and patient. They took excellent care of our puppy Monie and treated him as if he were their own. It gave us great peace of mind knowing he was in such caring and capable hands. We are truly grateful for the time, attention, and kindness they showed us and our fur baby. We are extremely glad we chose to bring him here and would highly recommend this veterinarian and staff to anyone looking for outstanding care for their pets. - MMMichaelJul 3, 20261.0VT Ashley was an absolute horrid in dealing with the passing of my Dad's dog today. She kept pushing the option to send the dog to the ER. Although my Dad was distrught over the passing of his dog and mentioned that his dog was dying, Ashley failed in having the common sense in determining that the dog was indeed dead. As I critiqued her manner in dealing with the situation, she had the audacity to walk away from me and my Dad: truly unprofessional. She truly needs to be retrained. Moreover, no apology was given by Ashley for her behavior. In contrast, Keri was truly empathetic to my Dad's circumstances and went above and beyond in dealing with my Dad's pain in losing a family pet that was a very personal link to his beloved wife. Just noticed your response, and I feel no need to respond a second time to a different email listed within the response. In contrast, you should be investigating the incident by contacting those involved and gathering all evidence in determining whether any disciplinary measures are warranted.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
