VT Ashley was an absolute horrid in dealing with the passing of my Dad's dog today. She kept pushing the option to send the dog to the ER. Although my Dad was distrught over the passing of his dog and mentioned that his dog was dying, Ashley failed in having the common sense in determining that the dog was indeed dead. As I critiqued her manner in dealing with the situation, she had the audacity to walk away from me and my Dad: truly unprofessional. She truly needs to be retrained. Moreover, no apology was given by Ashley for her behavior.
In contrast, Keri was truly empathetic to my Dad's circumstances and went above and beyond in dealing with my Dad's pain in losing a family pet that was a very personal link to his beloved wife.

I have very tiny puppy ( under 2lbs) everyone fell in love with him. When he got a shot they were so gentle he didn’t make a sound.

My dog had experienced random limping, discomfort, and significant change in mood and behavior. I called around to multiple Banfields near by to schedule an appointment and thankfully this location had a slot available next day. Probably luck but not just that. The front desk staff was great! The gentleman who assisted us was very thorough with the possible price ranges we may have had to pay based on what my pet was experiencing. This gave me time to think things through. The doctor was also great! Very informative. Patient. And answered all my questions. Very grateful for their help and kind demeanor during an unexpected stressful time.

Grateful for the team here. Dr. Tiffany was really thorough with my Mochi. My newly adopted 10 year-old cat is finally playing and is pain-free. I never thought this senior cat still plays. Dr. Koerner also answered all my questions for Sundae and seemed really concerned for her. Signing up for a wellness plan is definitely the best investment any furparent can do. What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
