  My little white poodle-Bichon-Frise mix, was getting rusty everywhere she licked and under her eyes and all around her mouth. It was not pretty. She is a beautiful dog. So, the vet understood my concerns and gave her an allergy shot, and recommended a couple of supplements to take care of her problems. She was also licking herself all night, it seemed, disturbing both of us. She hasn’t been licking since we left and I got her the supplements. I’m looking forward to seeing my beautiful little dog again. Thank you!

  I just love this place. My dogs get so excited to come here. They love everyome at the office and I truly can see the love for our dogs from all the staff. They take their time with everyone that comes in. They never seem annoyed with any sort of questions.

  We were driving thru San Angelo this past Saturday and we called you because our cat Chelsie was having a hard time breathing and was in a dire situation. You said that you were going into a surgery and could not take any other patients. You gave us a number in Big Springs which led to another number which went to a voicemail. Our cat Chelsie died in my arms on highway 87 between San Angelo and Big Springs. She was aspirating and suffering. Chelsie's life may have been saved had you just allowed a life or death situation be the driving reason to stay open. I am angry at the situation and your response. You could have done much better. After you read the response from Western below, know that I have T-Mobile call logs that show I called them at 3:53 pm on Saturday Feb 14th and it was a 2 minute call. There response about not receiving a call is a straight out lie.

  I have had the pleasure of work with these ladies for awhile! They are absolutely amazing! The care the give my Fur babies outstanding.

  I had the best experience with Western veterinary. I had to board my cat the technician texted me updates, very very reasonably priced I would definitely recommend Western veterinary to everyone. Thank You to the caring staff members.
