- JRJorge RiosAug 3, 20265.0This place is amazing! From the exceptional care they provide to the dogs to the daily photos and updates showing all the fun activities, they truly go above and beyond. We boarded our dog, Buehring, for a week while we attended our daughter’s wedding, and we’re so glad we chose them. They’re locally owned, provide outstanding customer service, and were even willing to work with us on short notice. As a veteran, I also really appreciate that they offer a military discount to service members. Buehring also attends their daycare, and he absolutely loves it. Knowing he’s happy and well cared for gives us complete peace of mind. If you’re in the Round Rock area and are looking for a trustworthy place to board your dog or use daycare services, I highly recommend checking them out. We’ve already booked our next boarding stay! A huge thank you to the entire staff for taking such wonderful care of our fur baby. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for the animals truly make a difference.
- BBBill BonarJun 6, 20265.0We have tried 3 other overnight doggie daycare companies in the Round Rock area. Playful Pack is BY FAR the best one we’ve found. Our experience with them has been fantastic. Their philosophy of dog interaction with other dogs is a no brainer. No other daycare would allow my dogs to interact with the other dogs without charging me an “arm and a leg” for it. Also, they have video cameras on our dogs during the day and don’t charge me extra for that like the others do. They also, at no charge, send me a doggie report card with beautiful pictures of my dogs having fun. This goes a long way with me and I’m sold that they’re the best. Thank you, Playful Pack, for loving my dogs as you would your own! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
