We dropped our dog off here for an overnight for his first experience and he LOVED it! He was so happy when I picked him up! It is evident that the people that work here truly love dogs. They even sent me a report card and some pics of him that were taken during his visit. When I came to pick him up the person that was watching them was actually running around with the dogs and interacting with them and they were loving it! Most places they just stand around and watch the dogs but rarely interact with them. I would take my dog here again in a heartbeat!

Kelcie (my puppy) and I love Playful Pack. She has a LOT of energy and gets to run and play all day. There is always staff with the dogs. They love on the dogs and provide stimulation to keep the dogs entertained. When I have boarded her overnight, I had no worries that she would be looked after and that is a great feeling. I also LOVE the cameras. It is heartwarming to actually see Kelcie run and have fun with the other dogs. I can watch her play with her friends. She has made a lot of friends. When it is time for me to pick up her, she is hesitant to go with me. She usually turns around and heads back to the play area. I love the pics I receive in her report card after I pick her up. This is truly the best place to leave your baby. Give it a try the next time you need all day (or a partial day) care for your dog instead of leaving them alone in your house. PS. The groomer is awesome too!

I do not think we could have found a better place for our big puppy- Tucker- to be able to go and play! Going for daycare or boarding- never fails that he is so excited to go and you can tell he is just loved by the staff. The webcam, pictures and themed days always make it amazing to see how he is doing and how his day was!

If you are looking for a safe like home place to take your pups when you can’t have them with you, or even just to play and socialize with others pups this is the place to go!! I feel safe taking my baby here every time I need because I know she is going to be well taken care of. Everyone knows who she is from the moment we walk in the door and are so excited to see her and she is just as excited to see them! If you are in the Roundrock/Georgetown/Pflugerville area you HAVE to go and check them out you will not be disappointed!! Report cards on their stay, pictures live cam to check in on their play and always a fun event going on!! I absolutely LOVE and recommend Playful pack!!
