  They did have some out of stalks in the fish equipment. But honestly who doesnt. They matched the deal They were doing online, for all 3 of the items purchased. The manager, Clad, and the checker were very personable when providing the overrides.

  Very disappointing experience. I came to buy fish and aquarium supplies, but an employee refused to sell the fish to me without giving a clear explanation. I was ready to spend money and purchase everything I needed. Earlier the same day, the supervisor at Pet Supplies Plus in Austin helped me purchase all the fish from an aquarium, along with accessories, a filter, and fish food. There were no issues there. I don’t understand how a business can expect to keep customers if employees refuse to sell products to people who are ready to buy. Because of this experience, I took my business elsewhere and spent my money at another store instead. I drove a long distance to come here and left very disappointed with the customer service.

  I used to like coming to this store. staff was very friendly. lately this has changed. lots of employees not willing to help with basic questions. today a cashier named Jordan was just rushing people through the checkout line as if the customers were such an inconvenience to him and even looking very upset when the customers asked questions.

  Greetings from Yasmin a soon as we Walk in Entering Petco I took it All in. "Thank you , NICE! " I said Out Loud. We were looking for a " sucky thing" Rubber lips, Brissel nose, or Octo. Yasmin was wonderful. Whatever I named she found it and also gave Us a Huge amount of information not just on the "Sucky Things" our dog too. Yasmins knowledge of Petco gave Us more than an experience . It's what need. Friendly Knowledgeable service with warm greetings. Thank you Yasmin and Petco

  This is the first time in years I've had a cashier pretty much anywhere to tell us we can't do a split payment. Instead of asking someone when we asked to do a split payment we got: "You mean like two different cards? No, I think it has to be one whole payment." Splitting payments is universal. Please help your cashier. Your grooming services are always top notch, but it's really disheartening to be dismissed by something as simple as our methods of payment.
