  Excellent Customer Service! I had a small issue with a “sale” item while at the register. Both the cashier as well as the GM gave their full attention to research & handle the situation. I highly recommend this store location!

  I had a fantastic experience with both services. The groomer was courteous, friendly, and made my dog feel comfortable and relaxed during the nail trim. My cashier was also very helpful. Overall, I was very pleased with the services!

  This is the second time I've come to this store looking for an item only to be told they don't have it. There's an entire shelf full of cards to bring to the register and they say they don't have it. I suggest fixing your inventory problems.

  Very disappointed in this store. Arrived around 8:20 to get some fish for the kids, all the lights in the fish area were off. After not finding anyone to help, we finally turned the lights on ourself. We spent too long waiting for help. Finally found someone and they just said sorry, we are closing, then they turned out the lights. We left, back in the car and down the road all before 9pm.
