- DADiana A.4 days ago5.0I have been coming to this specific location for about 8/9 years as they're the only one who have been able to take care of Chimo, the demon dog, Cujo, the devil, etc. Other branches including DFW/Houston, and even after voicing the difficulty of Chimo, no one would let me get the proper prep for him and then was never able to go into the appointment due to it. However, this location knows how to take care of my baby and I'll be coming here for years to come even if I love in Arizona now. We just plan our family trips with the appointments.
- KMKatia MezaAug 21, 20265.0We’ve been going to this Banfield location for 4 years, and Dr. Shivanyaa Kanapathy-Logan has always been amazing with our dog Daisy. She is caring, thorough, and always takes the time to call with results and address any concerns. Thanks to her attentiveness, we were able to catch a cancerous lump and a heart murmur early. We are incredibly grateful for her care and dedication!
- CJChloe JJul 16, 20261.0had an appointment for 3:45pm for a follow up from an ER visit the night before. they were busy and ended up being seen around 4:15 by the vet tech. The vet tech recommended IV fluids for dehydration and preventative antibiotics, but said the vet was out the door leaving so they couldn’t prescribe anything and the vet wouldn’t be able to see my dog and I would need to return to the ER to get treatment.

Very clean clinic and great pacing between patients so it feels like you have everyone’s undivided attention. We love Dr. K and the entire staff! Special shoutout to Amani and Rob for always taking care of whatever we need between appointments!!
- AAAubreyJun 29, 20261.0Took 9 week old kitten here to get screened for feline leukemia and FIV so we could have all of our cats around him. They highly recommended against getting testing down during visit, but we decided to go ahead with it. They didn’t get blood and left a hematoma on his leg. Veterinarians don’t seem confident in their abilities, would recommend seeking another vet.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
