They highly recommended against getting testing down during visit, but we decided to go ahead with it. They didn’t get blood and left a hematoma on his leg. Veterinarians don’t seem confident in their abilities, would recommend seeking another vet.

She was back on the mend in no time thanks to their medicine and solid advice. I would highly recommend taking your pet here for both the expertise and wonderfully kind treatment of your animal. This was a scary experience turned positive thanks to the great staff. 10/10!
- APAysha PriceMay 21, 20261.0I witnessed an employee bring a dog out to potty. The dog pooped employee went back in came back out only to get a sample from the poop and left it there. That’s is not only disgusting but very inconsiderate. There is a takwondo studio right next door to their clinic as well as restaurants near by. A lot of people don’t walk looking down. I even called the front desk to make them aware and Amaya (I think that was her name it started with an A) said she would check on it, but no one never came out to fix it. I hope management see this.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
