  We had our first visit today at this location. Fingers crossed that we will get consistent, great care. Former patient of a different Banefield location in Colorado. Experiences there went from the best vet care ever! To the clinic should be burned to the ground. Completely understand that all healthcare, be it for a 2 legged or 4 legged patient is extremely dynamic and often very unpredictable. But exactly as my role as a parent of my children, I am the advocate and cheerleader of these perfect, innocent, creatures that I have been trusted with. It is a team effort to ensure the optimal health, happiness and well being for these sweet guys. Their lives are far too short, and as such, we are even more obligated to make every single day as phenomenal as possible! So, I’m stepping off the soap box and back to today’s first visit. Given the inconsistent satisfaction with the previous Banfield location but being new to the area, I just went with what was familiar and decided to give this location a chance today and the very bulk of my interactions was with a young lady named Anne a vet tech, and she was just absolutely delightful very professional, very compassionate, patient, kind, And by the end of the visit, I believe she could’ve had my 14 month old golden doodle, crazy puppy boy follow her into the depths of hell which personally for me a fecal exam would’ve been right up there with a visit to hell. She explained everything Very concisely answered all my questions helped guide me on the best path to take as far as the wellness plan versus just paying out-of-pocket along the way felt no pressure whatsoever for any up charging so I feel like I made a great decision today taking him in and we’ll see how it goes over the next 12 months but hats off to her and she was great. She is a true asset to the company and to this location, very nice young lady and very great with the dogs.

  Usually I take my cats to one of these clinics over in Killeen. They’re fast and explain everything. Unfortunately tho at this location I brought my new puppy. The only thing he needed were 2 puppy shots. I dropped him off at 8:30 in the morning expecting it to take a hour. I was then texted at 4pm telling me I need to pick up my puppy before 5pm or they will add an automatic late fee. I arrive at the clinic around 4:50 since I was across town filling time waiting. They then process me out and have me wait in a room for over 30 mins before anyone even comes to talk to me about my dogs “discharge paperwork” which just consisted of telling me I have to come back within 3 weeks for the next set of shots (which I will not be going here for). Maybe it was because it was a Saturday I’m not sure. But 8 hours to give one puppy 2 shots. I’m not a vet but I have other pets and that doesn’t take more than an hour. It’s ridiculous and will never come here again. I’m currently finding somewhere else to get my puppy that second round of shots.

  I've had nothing but good experiences here the crew that work are very caring. I recently had an issue with my little baby girl and one of their division veterinarians called me personally to walk her through what my pet was experiencing and help with recommendations and changes in medications.

  I love my Vet Dr. Lee. I followerd her from The South Austin location. I trust her with my pets. She loves all my dogs and it shows..I drive pretty far to see her..worth it.. the staff is very friendly here too..5 stars.
