  Went to the vet, they was very helpful and good customer service. Took very good care of Sammie while we was there.

  This was, without a doubt, the worst grooming experience I’ve had in the four years I’ve owned my dog. I paid $119 for a terrible grooming job, and to make matters worse, they asked for a tip before I even got to see my dog. She looked awful. No groomer has ever left her looking this bad, and I was especially upset that they completely cut off the hair on her tail without any reason or discussion. They had never done that before, and it was heartbreaking to see her like that. I understand that hair grows back, but when you pay for a professional service, you expect care, skill, and respect for your pet’s appearance. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality grooming services.

  We were helped so politely by the girl that helped us at the cash register. She unlocked the case for us and helped us get our FELIWAY plugins! It was a very pleasant visit to the store because of her!!! 😊

  I love my local Petco in Rosenberg. The employees and manager are always so helpful. Any issues I’ve had with orders or getting my cats’ updated prescription food have been taken care of with patience and understanding. There are great people in this store!

  Awful, stay away. Took my dog to groom and it wasn't good. Also my dog got really sick and almost stopped breathing. Vet said kennel cough from groomers . I dont have anymore dogs at home. So he got it from there. Would never return.
