My son saved his own money to buy a bearded dragon. Spent over $100 and 3days after the return policy expired it died. The general manager refused to do anything. Not even a discount for a new one.

I’ve been coming to this Petco ever since I moved to Rosenberg back in 2017, and Hana has always been absolutely wonderful! She is extremely helpful, friendly, and genuinely takes the time to talk with you. Every time I check out, she makes the experience better with her great attitude and kindness. Hana, thank you for always being so welcoming and helpful! You’re a big part of what makes this Petco such a great experience. Hope you have a great day! 😊

Went in to the self wash station at this location expecting to be provided the tools their website, app, and policy advertises such as shampoo, conditioner, sprays, brushes/combs, ect. I was told on the phone that they recommend id bring my own shampoo and conditioner since the one they provide is diluted and people tend to not like it. Fine. I am grateful the lady communicated that with me prior to arriving. I bought shampoo and paid 21 dollars for the self wash. Then i realized they had no combs or brushes available (i have a long coat husky). I asked for any slicker brush but grooming told me they do not provide any due to recent theft. While I understand that that can be frustrating, Corporate policy advertises that EVERYTHING will be provided upon arrival, if not then ask an associate for one. Literally the app advertises it which was quite frustrating for me because now i had to wait and ask for further assistance only to be led to buy a brush myself. I know i am not "special" nor do i deserve special treatment, but as an ex petco worker i know policy. And all i ask is for more transparency because my dog had a shoot today, and not brushing her fur after using diluted conditioner was just not an option for me. I paid for self wash, shampoo, and a slicker brush since this petco did not provide it which is unfortunate since money is tight right now. Staff was polite, nothing against them. Very nice. My issue is the lack of commumication and priority over a pregnant customer that just wanted a service that is advertised at every selfwash petco. Please fix this.
