  I went to look for a product that showed not in stock online i happened to be in the area because this is the closest location for me so i stopped anyway to check. It was a medicated product that i needed for my dog who’s having bad skin allergies. I found one and tried to price match it at the front cashier. Her name was Nikki and she was not friendly about it. I told her what i was trying to do. And she automatically was like “no no i can’t do that” instead of offering a solution. She did priced matched it after i pulled it up on my phone. I work in customer service and that’s not how you speak to customers and even though i got the discount. I won’t be coming back to this location. I go to a lot of other competitors like Pet Smart and Hollywood Feed and I’ve never been treated that way. Work on your customer service. Thanks!

  Is clean and I don't know their supplies like not good when it comes to their insect reptile Supply they're very inconsistent and they're more expensive than PetSmart and they are less helpful and less of a selection when it comes to reptiles and small animals

  We use Amber for both of our dogs. Highly recommend her since she is caring and aims to get our anxiety driven mini berneedoodle used to grooming. She is patient with our dogs. =)
