  Karen the vet tech shift lead was fabulous. Explaining everything and taking her time. She was so polite and exceptionally professional. What a wonderful employee she Made my visit so pleasant even as my dog was not feeling at her best. Thx Karen also the dr Martinez we appreciated her help in the thoroughness of her examination an explaining her thoughts about what she felt we needed to do. Great Banfield location and two helpful and caring people. Thx again Ian

  Dr. Mahoney was a true lifesaver for my pup. She made sure that he was very well taken care of. I trusted her completely in handling my pup”s surgery with care and love. I will definitely continue taking my pup here! Thank you Dr Mahoney for all you did for my boy 💙

  The staff, customer service billing department are all horrible. They never contacted me to let me know, Not even a single text or email that there's a problem in processing the monthly payment. And when I went back to the hospital to make my pet's, appointment, that's when they told me there's something going on with the account, they asked me to call the billing department and billing department told me, oh, we are gonna transfer your call to collection since your accounted is in collections, now, that was the first time after 6 months that I knew that there's something wrong with the payment method. And when I paid everything only that's when they said oh The plan has been canceled since you didn't pay. it's ALL JUST A MONEY SCAM. Give your pet and yourself a huge favor by finding a better vet for your pet, and a good service your furry kids deserves.

  Wednesday my cat was playful, Thursday my other cat bit my Barnabas, Friday I took Barnabas to Banfield in Rockwall. Saturday my cat was dead. This place is a joke, this place is not a hospital, more like an In and Out burger joint. They should have never released my cat to me in his high elevated kidney function results. They checked in many pets in and not enough vets on board. Please don't take your beloved pets here or any of these locations. I reported DVM to the State. They refunded some of the money to me, but I lost more than money can buy.
