  Thank you to the entire VetExpress team! They were all so incredibly kind while taking care of my cat, Milo. They worked attentively to care for Milo during his urinary stone removal and after. Dr. Abdellah and his team were a wonderful support system during a very stressful time. I cannot thank them enough!

  I had a great experience bringing my puppy, Ava, in for an emergency visit. The staff was kind, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They understood my financial concerns and worked with me without making me feel pressured. They carefully examined Ava, explained what to watch for at home, and made sure I knew when she would need to come back if her symptoms worsened. I truly appreciated how caring and understanding everyone was. Thank you for taking such good care of my puppy! For being 4th of July everything was close except them and it truly was a relief

  This clinic was phenomenal. My black lab had an accident while we were visiting family in Houston over a weekend. She required a quick surgery and the staff and doctor were great. She recovered quickly with no issues at all. Highly recommend.

  Hi everyone, my name is Cesar. Unfortunately, my cat Thor got into a fight with some outdoor animals and was badly injured. I was struggling to find an emergency clinic that would see him at a reasonable price while also remaining honest and genuinely caring about my pet. As pet owners know, our pets become much more than animals—they become family, and I care very much about Thor. From the moment I contacted this clinic, they were attentive to my concerns, polite, respectful, and compassionate. They took the time to listen and made me feel confident that Thor was receiving the care he needed. They checked all the boxes for professionalism, honesty, and compassion. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking immediate medical attention for their beloved pets.

  We want to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Abdellah and his team for their compassion, professionalism, and above-and-beyond care while helping our beloved Sky, our 60-pound Kelpie mix. We called ahead, and Dr. Abdellah immediately jumped into action, taking the time to explain the options specific to Sky’s situation. As soon as we arrived at the clinic, Dr. Abdellah and his staff met us outside with a pet gurney and were ready to help. While technically an urgent care facility, Dr. Abdellah and his team were willing to take on a complex emergency case, perform surgery, and provide overnight care that many owners would expect only from a dedicated emergency hospital. That willingness to step up for Sky when he needed help most speaks volumes about their commitment to their patients and families. Sadly, we received the devastating news that Sky’s prognosis was poor due to advanced cancer. Throughout this difficult experience, Dr. Abdellah was incredibly patient, providing detailed explanations, realistic guidance, and compassionate support to our family as we worked through many questions and difficult decisions. During our final goodbyes, the staff gave us all the time we needed to be with our sweet boy. Their kindness, empathy, and respect meant more to us than we can adequately express. We miss Sky every day after nearly 12 wonderful years together, but we take comfort in knowing he was cared for with dignity, compassion, and love until the very end. Thank you, Dr. Abdellah and team, for helping us through one of the hardest days of our lives. We will always be grateful for the care you gave Sky and for the compassion you showed our family.
