  Wouldn't shop here at all. Worst petco ive been in. They treat you like you're dumb! Employees will argue with you on theyre right even tho you may know what your doing, and looking for. They will be rude. Shop elsewhere!

  Arrived at store at 8:15 the purpose of our visit was to buy some fish however the lady that works there told us that she cannot sell us any fish because they needed the 45 minutes to get ready for the store to close at 9pm. In my day you never turned away a sale especially during business hours. The store is located at 1093 and spring green blvd in katy tx. 4-24-26

  I went to the petco in katy tx Off of 1093 and spring green blvd. We arrived at 8:14 pm the store closes at 9 pm. The reason for our visit was to buy some fish however the lady that works there told us we cannot buy any fish because they needed the 45 minutes to get ready to close the store. I know when I worked in retail we never turned away a sale during working hours. This is ridiculous.

  I had an extremely upsetting experience with the grooming service at Petco. After my dog’s appointment, I noticed concerning issues that led to a costly vet visit. It was very distressing for our family, and we felt something went seriously wrong during the grooming process. What made things worse was how the situation was handled. When we brought our concerns to management, we were met with a lack of empathy and professionalism. Instead of receiving understanding or even a simple apology, we felt dismissed and disrespected. The response we got left us feeling unheard and frustrated. At one point, the manager even contacted my husband, but the conversation only reinforced their stance rather than addressing our concerns. We were hoping for accountability and compassion, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on how everything was handled, I cannot recommend this location. Pet owners trust groomers with their animals’ safety and well-being, and in this case, that trust was not met. Response to owners reply : Thank you for your response. I would like to reiterate that I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly by contacting the store on two separate occasions, as well as reaching out to corporate customer service, where a formal complaint has already been filed. At this point, it has been two weeks without any follow-up or resolution. Both the store and corporate office have my contact information on file. While I initially sought a simple acknowledgment and apology, the lack of communication has been disappointing.
