  GROOMING WAS TERRIBLE!! Waste of money. 1st I had to wait an hour 45 minutes for the groomer to show up, no apology, no call, I had to call back and see if she was there. Told her to shave dog down even, shaving whiskers and eyebrows. None of the face was even washed. She still had eye boogers. Still had whiskers. She had a strip of hair down the middle of her back that was clearly longer than the other hair. The groomer also kept my rabies tag. Went to pay and ONLINE QUOTED ME $55. The groomer charged me $66. I told her what I was quoted so she changed it to $60 and still insisted I take it up with management. There was also a $5 charge for a trim kit that I was never told or asked if I wanted to pay for it, went to checkout and the employee can’t handle my questions so he immediately gets the supervisor. It’s like the employees aren’t trained, The supervisor insists the price is right. I asked to see a price list. No where in their store do they have size of dog and services offered and the price. VERY SHADY. There was no where that he could validate his price. It’s basically whatever they want to charge. I keep rebuking the price so the Supervisor calls his General Manager. Mind you I now have 3 very tall , very big men over 6’ arguing that they don’t honor the price you book online unless I took a picture of it then they would. GM said nowhere is it $55 online. I felt very bullied and harassed. A pricing issue doesn’t take 3 grown men, After I left I signed in as a different customer at every PETCO online in Houston and they all quoted $55 got my size dog with short hair, When I got home I called customer service. They were supposed to return my call and never did. Two days later I called again and I have still have yet to hear from anyone. No accountability whatsoever. TERRIBLE STORE, TERRIBLE GROOMER, TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES, EVEN WORSE MANAGEMENT. See pictures of all the places that said $55, strip down my dogs back not shaved, and runny black eyes. Oh and doesn’t even smell bathed. So so TERRIBLE!!! WASTE OF MONEY!

  Thank you to the Groomer, Brittany for giving my dog an exceptional experience! He receives so many compliments when he gets his hair cut here. She's the only Groomer that my dog enjoys going to. 🤗

  It's easy to get to, parking is great. The store is always well stocked.

  Stood and watched the employees talk in back of the store and ignore customers in the store waiting to check out. Then, they finally came up to the front to check out and didn’t even bother to bag the items. Ridiculous
