  Stood and watched the employees talk in back of the store and ignore customers in the store waiting to check out. Then, they finally came up to the front to check out and didn’t even bother to bag the items. Ridiculous

  Worst place to shop , we arrived at 8:32pm and the store will close at 9:00 pm we asked the employee to help us to have some fish’s and we already know what we need , she refused and she start saying we stopped selling fish at 8:30 pm , just because of 2 minutes she doesn’t want to help!! However I went to pet smart and I arrived at 8:51pm and they close at 9:00pm and they helped me and treated me in nice way.

  Amazing experience using the Vetco! Amazing staff, no wait time. I loved how gentle the staff was with my dog and the vaccines. I think its great they provide budget friendly vaccines. 10/10.

  I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the extremely high temperatures inside this pet store. The conditions were uncomfortable for customers and appeared unacceptable for both employees and the animals being housed there. Employees should not be expected to work in excessive heat, and animals should not be subjected to conditions that could negatively affect their health and well-being. Proper climate control is a basic responsibility, especially in a business that cares for live animals. I am very concerned that this issue has either been ignored or not addressed promptly. Immediate action should be taken to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for staff, customers, and the animals in your care. This situation is unacceptable and requires urgent attention. I respectfully request that management investigate and correct this issue as soon as possible.

  After more than 2 years grooming my dog in this store, I got a very poor service from groomer Denis, I do online reservations and select the grooming service to meet my dog and budget, Denis insisted several times to take a more expensive service, I declined several times, but she kept insisting arguing all the time, not listening my instructions. She was not friendly with my dog and me. I’m concerned regarding how pets are treated when you left them behind, I think today I lost confidence on Petco grooming at Cinco Ranch. Two weeks later, nobody from Petco customer service contacted me to check or get additional information, the only contact I managed to get was the chat online where the agent told me that they treat all complaints very serious, his statement is not aligned with reality. I found a better place for grooming services for my dog in the Katy, TX area, look for River Oaks, great service, they listen to you and don’t try to charge you for services you don’t want or need for your pet.
