  I found the items I was looking for, but no one was at the register when I went to checkout. I think there was only 1 employee working. A Bell should be on the counter so customers can ring it when they are ready to checkout.

  ’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but this is unacceptable and I need to be heard. What exactly is the “convenience” of Petco Autoship when my dogs and cats are going without food? I placed a $100 order for their food on September 2 through Autoship. It is now September 7 and my animals STILL do not have their food. I’ve had to scramble to find alternatives just to keep them fed while waiting on an order that should have already arrived. We’re on a every-2-weeks schedule. This is now the third week. That is not what I signed up for. When I place an Autoship order for a 2-week cycle, I expect the food in 2 weeks—not a full week late while my pets go hungry. This is a serious failure. Petco needs to fix their Autoship delivery system immediately. Animals should not be left without food because of delayed orders. Fix this.
